Had an office plumbing pipe issue, joint pipe replacement was one inch. They charge a consulting fee of $252.35 and said that the cost to replaced a small 1 inch pipe would be $956.
Honestly, I would look elsewhere for people who aren't gouging businesses just because they can. Plenty of other options with honest people and businesses.

I used these guys way back in like 2015 to replace a dead compressor. They did a fine job. I called them again in 2022 for my new house. I guess they must have either gotten bought by a private equity firm or they lost their way because they recommended $2000 worth of extra work. I called someone else who came out and fixed a couple things for less than $500. Everything has been fine since. They also like to send out obnoxious texts and emails reminding you to buy more from them.

I have used this company for both heating and air conditioning services and plumbing repairs as well. Excellent service throughout the company! The technicians are friendly and easily explain the problem and the best solution. They were also patient with all my questions, ha. They are efficient and provide a great value. I think the CEO sets the right tone and seems to make sure his teams always do the right thing for his customers. Getting great service and a company who cares seems rare these days, but this company is awesome. I highly recommend!

We just replaced the HAVC motor and refilled 1 pound of R22 Freon by this company. However, the cost of labor to replace the motor is over $500, and refilling the Freon costs over $500 too. You can easily buy 5 LBS or even 10 LBS Refrigerant online for less than $300 or $400. So do your homework before hiring them. They do charge unreasonable price!!!!

I am a completely satisfied customer. After an audit in our home that was renovated in 2006, we realized that we needed to replace a furnace and A/C compressor-in different zones in our home. I did a fair amount of research, I called several companies and received several quotes. HVAC unlimited sent Dylan to my home. I was busy and could not meet with him for the first 5 minutes that he was in my basement. In that time he looked at a furnace that was recently installed and found a (minor) problem that I didn't even know that I had. He is extremely knowledgeable as a salesperson with his tech installation background and provided several options to me. Frankly, I think that I put him through a few more paces than might have been reasonable. He was totally patient and professional during the entire process. The quote was competitive with the others that I had received. An HVAC professional told me ""Go with your gut, Bill."" I did when I chose HVAC Unlimited.

Today, Daniel and his crew including Tre, Jose and Louis came to install the furnace upstairs and compressor outside. They were completely professional, easy to work with, respectful. They did an absolutely excellent job. Before leaving, Daniel took me upstairs to show me what they had done. The work was done cleanly, they worked meticulously. Two quick anecdotes from today: 1. One of the techs told me ""We take pride in our work."" When is the last time you heard a technician say that to you? 2. The new furnace is a high efficiency unit and so air intake and exhaust hoses needed to be installed upstairs. They were dirty and the tech spent a minute or two wiping them down before bringing them into my house. Wow. I have come to realize that the small stuff represents the quality of a person's work. I am impressed.

There is some additional minor work to be completed, likely next week. I'll update the review then.


Here is the update. Daniel and his assistants came back to my house twice. Once to install new bathroom vent fans, several of them did not have flappers and so cold air was blowing into the rooms 24/7. I bought the fans along with their recommendation and the install was done extremely professionally. Today they finished by repairing a furnace that wasn't installed correctly by another company a year ago. They saw what I frankly did not recognize. And then Daniel went up on the roof to seal a leak around a vent tube that was allowing rain water in.

I recommend this company without any reservation. Their prices are fair, they communicate, they show you everything after they've finished. I had the chance to ask all of my questions and have them answered fully.

I've had several HVAC Inspections over the years, but none as thorough as the one Norberto recently performed on my system. He was on time, personable, knowledgeable and very thorough. I have no idea what the other HVAC technicans had been doing...obviously bamboozling me! After that visit, I had an issue with my master bedroom sink. I called again and a plumber was onsite based on my availability. It took him all of 10 minutes to fix my problem. I was very satisifed with both services. I will never leave HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited!
