Rohan was AWESOME. When our AC went out in Atlanta IN AUGUST when we had a baby in the house, he got to us THE DAY WE CALLED HIM and had it fixed the next day. He was honest in his assessment after we had a bad experience with another vendor trying to upsell us and try to convince us to buy a whole new system. Rohan made the repair in less than an hour and even showed me how to look out for things and trouble shoot in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I almost never write reviews but this experience with Rohan and this company has been absolutely incredible. I'm sure it's not always possible, but Rohan came out day of and addressed a leak beneath my kitchen sink that turned out to be a rotten garbage disposal. He fixed that and informed me of a bunch of piping problems that my home inspector apparently missed. I had him come back out to address upgrading my archaic AC filter and all of his plumbing recommendations (which were quoted below others based on a rough review of competitors). On top of all of this, this work was all completed while I was out of town which was very stressful for not only myself but also my roommate. Rohan was a good communicator, eased our stress, was punctual, and did great work. He is worth every penny and I can't recommend him and HVAC Guyz enough. He is the only person I'll call for HVAC and plumbing issues from now on.

If you need a plumber or help with your HVAC, your first call should always be to HVAC guyz. Rohan is one of the best contractors I have worked with. I have had 2 issues and he came when he could, he was personal, and he helped me understand what was happening. One of the visits, he gave me advice to keep him away from repairing my HVAC unit. I am a 24 year old first time home owner who just moved in a few days ago to my new place. I contacted Rohan for a yearly inspection of my HVAC system. It may have seemed pricey at $150 compared to another company that offered one for $99, but I wanted to work with Rohan based on the yelp reviews. I am very happy with my decision. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it with regards to the filter changes, the analysis of air flow, and with regards to checking my freon pressure. During the inspection, he found a dead capacitor, he found wires outside with stripped insulation, and he recommended the addition of a flush line for my condenser so I could flush it to prevent clogging, and gave recommendations for maintenance on it. I ended up spending more money than I'd have liked (i.e. more than the $150 inspection), but I'll add that if I was more handy I probably could have done all these fixes myself. Rohan explained exactly what I would have to do if I did want to make the fixes myself and let me decide whether or not to just have him do it there. Since I just moved in and had some other priorities to focus on, I opted to let him make the fixes this time. Overall he is very nice, very intelligent when it comes to HVAC systems (he is intelligent in more things than just this too, I am sure), and he was very helpful. I found his pricing fair and I think he really puts a lot of effort into his work, so I would strongly recommend working with him if you have the opportunity.

Wow. This guy is great. I called him at like 2pm on a Thursday. Everyone else I called couldn't come until Monday. He said he could come at 6pm that day! He was right on time and fixed our problem really quick. The fee for coming out went toward the cost of the fix, so that was great too. He seemed very knowledgeable, gave us several tips on how to save money on our HVAC, was honest and friendly and great to work with. THANK YOU, Rohan! It was a level of service I *might* expect only if I was a long-time valued customer. I have to wonder if the man ever sleeps! Just had an absolutely wonderful HVAC repair experience with Rohan from HVAC Guyz. He arrived ASAP and fixed my air conditioning unit in thirty minutes. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and did a wonderful job. I can't thank him enough. I live in Atlanta and it's July. That alone says enough about how desperate we were for the repair and how grateful we were that Rohan showed up in his professional manner and saved the day.

We just moved into a new house under the assumption that everything was great with our HVAC system. It wasn't. Lesson learned. Rohan saved us big time. He responded very quickly, went above and beyond while he was at our house to diagnose the problem and explain to us exactly what was going on. Our issue was particularly difficult to deal with but he stuck with it and was very communicative throughout the whole process. I had been without air for almost seven weeks. I had been stood up by two other guys this week. I wrote Rohan on a Saturday morning around 11:30. He replied immediately, told me there would be an extra charge for the emergency call, and said he'd be here between 12:30 and 1:30. He burrowed into my crawlspace (which hadn't been opened until this week in 9 years oops). He was able to guess very quickly what was going on, and ran a test to ensure he was right. He had the part on his truck and within an hour of his arrival, I had air in my house. My dogs are thankful! In addition, Rohan and I talked afterward and he REALLY cares about HVAC. It's not just a job for him. It's a calling. His prices are very fair, especially considering his quick and caring work. He helped offer me tips for upkeep and maintenance. He is now my HVAC guy for life.
