I had the pleasure of working with Rohan as I also had the displeasure of my heating system conking out while I was out of town. Came home and it was 60 degrees in the house when the thermostat was set to 70. Rohan got back to me right away and got a technician out immediately. They changed a fuse as the fuse was blown. Then our heat was back on. Overnight, the issue occurred again where the heater conked out, and Rohan was out of town in another country. He wanted to be able to look at it personally versus sending another technician out, so he suggested I go with someone else who can get there faster. Instead of making me wait, he refunded me the fee for the fuse as he wasn't able to solve the problem. His communication, kindness, and level of service were all exemplary. I would be happy to work with him and his team again in the future. Rohan is absolutely someone you can trust, and of course I hope to have no issues in the near future, but I will keep Rohan's info handy for when something springs up!

Rohan always takes great care of us. It's awesome to have a vendor we can trust who makes sures things are running properly. Finding repair folks can be a hassle, so knowing we don't have to worry about HVAC saves us a lot of time and worry. Exceptional service, fair pricing, and Rohan is a nice guy.

Thank you Rohan!! Absolute life saver...after seeing so many glowing reviews (whenever you see 4.9 stars and over 50 reviews you know someone is doing something right) I immediately reached out to Rohan after our HVAC heat stopped working on the coldest day of the year (so far!). It was after 5pm, and within a short time Rohan called me back that night and set up something that next day. I so appreciated that because not everyone returns calls after hours, and we (well I) was panicked. It's an old system and thus had multiple problems that Rohan diagnosed, one by one. Each time he did he called me downstairs so I could see what was going on. Not only did it build trust (which he didn't need to do - I could feel from the get go his trustworthiness) but it helped me to understand and learn. All of this troubleshooting required multiple trips and additional parts needed (some where he didn't leave until 9:45pm, one on a Sunday - his off day where he insisted on coming). It also required work arounds for an old system, and finding parts (who knew a Trane doesn't use universal parts?!). But all along he kept a really good attitude, and always went the extra mile. We got a new thermostat and he opened it up to make sure the wires were all put on correctly (when he didn't have to) as just one example. He cleaned everything out - coils, etc. as well. He just deeply cares about his work and clients. He even checked in later that night once things were all finally fixed to make sure all was still good. When you have a problem that you know nothing about you have to rely on others. You hope they know what they're doing, are really good at it, and are truly looking out for you. Welp, we sure did find that. I am so grateful to Rohan and yelp. Thanks Yelpers for writing up about his stellar work - you are not wrong!!! Thank you Rohan!!!!!! You are our one and only now!!

Very responsive when I needed to replace a gas furnace. They came in with a reasonable estimate and installed the next day. Good communication during the installation. No complaints and I will use them again for future work as well!

I called and Rohan was quick to respond. I had been repairing my AC for two years myself. Replacing capacitors and so forth. My fan motor died and I was going to replace it and just didn't have time, and it was HOT in August. Rohan showed up and saw my total mess and put it all together very professionally. Explained a lot to me. Ultimate the fox didn't last long and the whole system needed to be replaced but no fault of his. I would recommend HVAC Guyz

Rohan was a life saver. Our HVAC stopped cooling one fine day making our upstairs very hot (perfect timing). Home warranty was an option but you know you always get scheduled with the worst of the worst, and they couldn't schedule me in for a few days.. I checked up some reviews on Yelp and HVAC Guys showed up as the only 5 star reviewed provider. Curious I checked other platforms and all had glowing reviews, so I messaged the business on Yelp, and got a response almost immediately. It took me a bit to respond to him, given the chaotic household on a Saturday evening but I was made aware that there is an emergency service fee and the repair charges to fix! Rohan was on his way around 7pm! Rohan has a good demeanor and very personable. He got to work immediately and diagnosed the problem (capacitor). Within 20 mins I had my HVAC working again. He gave him quite a few pieces of relevant information about my HVAC and even cleaned the coils outside to make sure everything was tip top! The total charge was reasonable - please don't compare these with DIY costs as HVACs need some level of knowledge and expertise. They accept all forms of payment but Venmo/Zelle make it super easy to pay for the services. Highly recommended. They also offer maintenance, which is top on my list prior to me turning my heat on.
