HVAC Guyz are fantastic! I was able to schedule a visit all over text message and they came out in a timely manner. They were very throughout in their service and made sure to explain everything they were doing. He also provided more detailed information about my specific system and how I can maintain it in the future. Great service at an extremely reasonable price! I enjoyed talking with them and will definitely use HAVC Guyz in the future!

Thank you Rohan!! Absolute life saver...after seeing so many glowing reviews (whenever you see 4.9 stars and over 50 reviews you know someone is doing something right) I immediately reached out to Rohan after our HVAC heat stopped working on the coldest day of the year (so far!). It was after 5pm, and within a short time Rohan called me back that night and set up something that next day. I so appreciated that because not everyone returns calls after hours, and we (well I) was panicked. It's an old system and thus had multiple problems that Rohan diagnosed, one by one. Each time he did he called me downstairs so I could see what was going on. Not only did it build trust (which he didn't need to do - I could feel from the get go his trustworthiness) but it helped me to understand and learn. All of this troubleshooting required multiple trips and additional parts needed (some where he didn't leave until 9:45pm, one on a Sunday - his off day where he insisted on coming). It also required work arounds for an old system, and finding parts (who knew a Trane doesn't use universal parts?!). But all along he kept a really good attitude, and always went the extra mile. We got a new thermostat and he opened it up to make sure the wires were all put on correctly (when he didn't have to) as just one example. He cleaned everything out - coils, etc. as well. He just deeply cares about his work and clients. He even checked in later that night once things were all finally fixed to make sure all was still good. When you have a problem that you know nothing about you have to rely on others. You hope they know what they're doing, are really good at it, and are truly looking out for you. Welp, we sure did find that. I am so grateful to Rohan and yelp. Thanks Yelpers for writing up about his stellar work - you are not wrong!!! Thank you Rohan!!!!!! You are our one and only now!!

Very responsive when I needed to replace a gas furnace. They came in with a reasonable estimate and installed the next day. Good communication during the installation. No complaints and I will use them again for future work as well!

I called and Rohan was quick to respond. I had been repairing my AC for two years myself. Replacing capacitors and so forth. My fan motor died and I was going to replace it and just didn't have time, and it was HOT in August. Rohan showed up and saw my total mess and put it all together very professionally. Explained a lot to me. Ultimate the fox didn't last long and the whole system needed to be replaced but no fault of his. I would recommend HVAC Guyz

Rohan was a life saver. Our HVAC stopped cooling one fine day making our upstairs very hot (perfect timing). Home warranty was an option but you know you always get scheduled with the worst of the worst, and they couldn't schedule me in for a few days.. I checked up some reviews on Yelp and HVAC Guys showed up as the only 5 star reviewed provider. Curious I checked other platforms and all had glowing reviews, so I messaged the business on Yelp, and got a response almost immediately. It took me a bit to respond to him, given the chaotic household on a Saturday evening but I was made aware that there is an emergency service fee and the repair charges to fix! Rohan was on his way around 7pm! Rohan has a good demeanor and very personable. He got to work immediately and diagnosed the problem (capacitor). Within 20 mins I had my HVAC working again. He gave him quite a few pieces of relevant information about my HVAC and even cleaned the coils outside to make sure everything was tip top! The total charge was reasonable - please don't compare these with DIY costs as HVACs need some level of knowledge and expertise. They accept all forms of payment but Venmo/Zelle make it super easy to pay for the services. Highly recommended. They also offer maintenance, which is top on my list prior to me turning my heat on.

I had called them to for them to come over and give an estimate for a whole new heating and air system. Our furnace had gone out and then our AC decided to go as well. The guy tells me to leave address and that he would get back at me. He never did. I even called and left a message ... nothing. So i would not recommend them.

Three weeks in July/August: A mosquito whines in my ear - I don't bother swatting it away. A ceiling fan hums and thrums overhead, pushing hot air around the cramped room. Half unpacked moving boxes lie scattered and abandoned. My cat stays crouched under the bed for endless hours - he can't move in this heat. A bead of sweat rolls down my face as I force a smile on camera, trying to pitch a TikTok dance that is not too sell-y. Update: Client wants the logo bigger. The wet towel I keep draped around my neck every day is molding and beginning to smell. I smell. The apartment smells - a thick, unavoidable, nasty sweet smell coming from the floors, the walls, the air. The apartment has become a sauna and it is sweating out its toxins. Dishes pile. Flies buzz. I can't clean. I can't move. I can't think. The temperature inside sits at a sickening 85 degrees, almost proud of itself. I'm on the edge of madness. I might possibly already be mad. I used to cry hot, angry tears. Now I just stare. A knock at the door. A smiling man in a blue polo stands before me. He's Rohan and he represents HVAC Guyz & Plumbing. For the next hour, Rohan investigates. He tut tuts at the shape of things. """"This is unacceptable."""" The validation makes my heart surge. He explains the inner workings of an HVAC system and exactly how mine is the spawn of satan. He listens to me. He encourages me to sit in on his call with my landlord because he believes in transparency. He encourages me to stick up for myself as a young woman and a renter. He highlights the situation's urgency to the homeowner. 3 days later Rohan returns and he's brought the HVAC Guyz with him. From 9 AM sharp until almost 8 PM at night, the team works tirelessly in the sweltering, Georgia heat. In the afternoon, Rohan heads out to grab the crew some lunch and offers to pick something up for me as well. Before they leave, Rohan walks me through what to expect and how long it might take before I start to feel the results of a new AC unit. He reminds me that I can call me anytime with any questions or concerns. The next morning I wake with blankets bundled around me. I beam as I shuffle over to the thermostat - the temperature is set to 68 and the internal temperature reads at 68. A perfect match. Before I have a chance to update Rohan with the good news, he reaches out to me checking to see how things are going. We laugh, we cry (ok just me) - but wow. What an amazing experience. Thank you so much to Rohan and the HVAC Guyz for their hard work and commitment. From beginning to end, I have been extremely impressed. This is an organization I recommend whole heartedly - especially for anyone with a worst case scenario HVAC issue. THANK YOU AGAIN AND ALL THE BEST TO ROHAN AND THE HVAC GUYZ TEAM!!!!!
