We just moved into a new house under the assumption that everything was great with our HVAC system. It wasn't. Lesson learned. Rohan saved us big time. He responded very quickly, went above and beyond while he was at our house to diagnose the problem and explain to us exactly what was going on. Our issue was particularly difficult to deal with but he stuck with it and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He's trustworthy, very transparent about what he's doing and I'd happy recommend him and his team to anyone.

I had been without air for almost seven weeks. I had been stood up by two other guys this week. I wrote Rohan on a Saturday morning around 11:30. He replied immediately, told me there would be an extra charge for the emergency call, and said he'd be here between 12:30 and 1:30. He burrowed into my crawlspace (which hadn't been opened until this week in 9 years oops). He was able to guess very quickly what was going on, and ran a test to ensure he was right. He had the part on his truck and within an hour of his arrival, I had air in my house. My dogs are thankful! In addition, Rohan and I talked afterward and he REALLY cares about HVAC. It's not just a job for him. It's a calling. His prices are very fair, especially considering his quick and caring work. He helped offer me tips for upkeep and maintenance. He is now my HVAC guy for life.

I had surgery yesterday and (of course) the AC unit broke in the middle of the night. I called a two other repair companies on Yelp and the earliest anyone could come out was a week from now. I called HVAC Guyz and Rohan (owner/operator)called me back almost immediately and he came over and fixed our unit on a Saturday evening. He was incredibly informative and helpful and we have found our forever HVAC repair company! I couldn't be more grateful; after surgery to be sitting in a hot room was unbearable and now I can rest and recuperate in a perfectly cooled too. I cannot recommend HVAC Guyz highly enough!

The moment I noticed that the AC was not working properly in our home, I immediately called HVAC Guyz. Rohan replied immediately and was able to fit me in right at that moment. He came out and informed me that we would need an entirely new unit. I called on a Thursday night and he was able to replace everything and have cool air blowing by Friday evening. The team made sure everything worked and that I was satisfied with the results before they left, which I really thought was over and beyond! The customer service received was beyond amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely this company recommend to anyone needing any repairs.

I needed an Italian shampoo bowl installed in my salon. Rohan was excellent! He took his time and even advised me to get different water Valve closures. (Which seems to have resulted in amazing water pressure.) He removed the existing bowl and proceeded to install the new one. He was knowledgeable, professional, diligent and friendly. The owner, Rohan, is someone who cares about precision and quality of workmanship for a reasonable fee. Our furnace stopped heating in January during a cold snap. Turns out one of the motors was seized up due to a buildup of dirt (change your filters, people!) And needed to be replaced. The thing was so grimy that the rod was stuck in the fan wheel and was very difficult and time consuming to remove. Despite all of this struggle and having to go all the way to Norcross in traffic for the motor he returned the same day to finish the job and still charged a reasonable rate. I plan on having him back for future jobs.

I wish all MEP service folks were like this. Efficient, informative, clean and polite. Rohan arrived when he said he would and had the problem with my A/C diagnosed and fixed in a matter of probably ten minutes. He checked the refrigerant levels on both my systems and gave me some helpful pointers. It was the most painless repair to any of my MEP services that I have ever had.

just had rohan come check out my hvac system. my system is located right beneath the loft ceiling on top of the bathroom which is really hard to access. rohan was very patient, friendly and professional with his approach (even though he had to crawl and make himself a dustball). he quickly identified a potential problem, opened up the drain pipe, found it was clogged, and cleared it up. the personal conversation we had was an extra. i've had many contractors come and usually an awkward/formal kind of interaction ensues. but it was different with rohan. he made me feel very comfortable and it was almost like having a friend come to help out. oh, and he even helped fix a slidling door! rohan is a real expert at what he does and a guy you can relate to. i highly recommend his business.
