Rohan is amazing. He pays so much attention to detail and does thorough job. I've had another HVAC guy in the past who would fix something, and then I would have to call him again after a few months. Rohan does such a detailed job that I might not have to see him for a whole year because everything just works well. He is also super-friendly.

We have had 2 experiences with this company and the business owner, Rohan. We needed faucets installed, a toilet replaced and a rather new furnace fixed. Everything went like clockwork the first time when Rohan did the work himself. The 2nd time, Rohan accommodated our timeline by sending another plumber. Unfortunately that guy essentially stood us up (won't bore you with details of my 2.5 hours lost). Y'all, sometimes things go wrong and it's frustrating and time consuming. When this happens, how a company responds makes all the difference. Obviously since I'm still giving 5 stars, this business owner made things right. Rohan is a good person with a strong work ethic and he's trying to run an honest business with a positive attitude. I'm so glad I informed him of my frustrations because he's a stand up guy who went above and beyond to make it right. I'm saving his number in my phone for the inevitable next time.

I'm a new homeowner and am so happy to have found a plumber and HVAC repair company I can trust. Rohan is great. I live in an older condo with a ridiculously complicated utility closet, gas shut-off, and water shut-off situation. Even small repairs are never straightforward and could lead to large expense. Rohan was great about working with this situation, telling me the worst case and best case scenarios, and, best of all, telling me which repairs were critical and which could be put off because they would not cause any further damage. I really value a plumber who will explain things, tell you the degree of urgency, and help you assess the risk versus the reward for potential repairs. Rohan really knows what he's doing, double checks things after fixing them, keeps you informed so you can make repair and replace decisions, and gives you important preventative maintenance information. For instance, he explained the importance of getting the right sized air filter so as not to cause expensive future damage and how to tell when you're water heater is deteriorating before it damages the whole HVAC system. He could easily have not told me these things, and just profited from replacing the entire HVAC system when it gave out. But he's honest and is looking out for you rather than trying to make a quick buck. He will give the same attention to small repairs as to big ones, and his rates are beyond reasonable.

If you want the job done right, and if you expect someone to go the extra mile, this is the company you should go with. Rohan is very knowledgeable, knows what he's doing, and is extremely helpful in everything HVAC and plumbing related and anything else associated. He is very detail oriented, informs you about the kind of system you have, what you can do to best maintain it and run it most efficiently, effectively, optimally, so you don't end up spending more than you have to in the long run. He takes extra care and does what he has to ensure the customer is truly satisfied/happy, and is driven to find the root of the specific problem you're experiencing, and doesn't leave until it is all handled properly. He is honest, trustworthy and seems like he really enjoys what he does and thus does the job right. I had issues with my HVAC system and it stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Everyone else I called said they couldn't get to it till days later, or at the earliest, the next day. He came after hours sensing the panic in my voice and fixed my problem. I highly recommend this professional and skilled expert! I don't normally write these reviews, but I had to give credit where it's due... great personalized service, attention to detail, and isn't there just to take your money and check the box that he provided a service. He goes beyond the call of duty. I now have a company I can always depend on and feel very comfortable referring friends and family too as well. Thank you!

Rohan was wonderful! We called him in a panic on a summer Sunday evening after normal business hours (around 7:30 p.m.), when we noticed our A/C unit was making an odd noise and not getting cool air into the house. He was at our house before 10:00 the next morning, and had us up and running again by 11:00. Not only was he thorough in his explanations of what was going on with our system, he was not patronizing to me as a woman in doing so, as some of my past repair people have been. Additionally, his prices were fair, and he followed up with us the day after he completed his work to make sure everything was running smoothly. Pass. He talks a big game and may me capable but has no desire to do anything but do total replacement of unit or charge $90 for listing to him feed u b.s. for an hour. Gifted him his requested $90 and left in a 90 degree house. Called a real company who had me back to 70 deg.F in a few hours. Give Rohan a call if you are open to a $90 donation

I am so very happy to have found Rohan. The quality of his work is impeccable and he is so very customer service oriented. I am 61 years old and very cautious as to whom I will let into my home. Rohan is very professional, explained everything to me as he worked and took care of a big problem I had with my filter not stabilized.
