Great service, call was returned promptly, the owner showed up within two hours, taught me a bit about my unit and fixed my problem promptly. Cost less than half of what the other services out there charge.

I had some tubing in my gas boiler replaced today. A couple hours later, the house smelled of gas. I called it in to Eversource and they sent out an emergency tech. Sure enough, there was a gas leak at the site of the repair. The tube had not been screwed in tightly enough, and there was 11% gas leaking.
Also, VERY expensive - I don't know how they came up with almost $400 to replace pilot tubing and gas tubing.
I won't be calling them again.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. My only explanation for their high rating would be that they flooded themselves with 5 stars from madeup accounts. They don't stay true to appointment times, they will rip you off, and most importantly - when they are done, you will be left down several thousand $$ and the same problem you called them with.

Justin from HVAC Experts provided excellent service when our furnace stopped in the middle of a winter cold snap. He returned our call quickly, 4 other places didn't even call back. Justin provided clear expectations, met the onsite estimate and left the furnace functional and cleaner than before. Justin also did not try to up sell us and thr repair price was very reasonable compared to some other work we'd had done. Great job and I highly recommend Justin from HVAC Experts

Great service!

I called on a whim one morning and left a message. My call was returned promptly in about 5 minutes by Justin, the owner. He then made it to my house to service my heating system in a half of an hour!

When he arrived he was friendly and professional. He was able to troubleshoot the issue right away. We had a bad blower motor, but he already had the brand new parts in his van. In a little under an hour he was able to finish the job and restore heat to my house!

My roommates and I are happy, I would highly recommend anyone in the area to give Justin a call for their HVAC needs.

Our water heater stopped working today, and as we have an infant, we really need hot water to be available. We called HVAC Experts on a Saturday night, and they answered the phone right away. They ended up troubleshooting our problem through text messaging and now the boiler works. Thanks so much!

My roommates and I have had problems with our central air and our landlord finally called HVAC Experts Inc and I'm so glad he did. Our system is super old and even though our landlord refuses to replace it, Brandon from HVAC came and helped us out as much as he could. He recharged the AC and placed insulation in the windows to keep the heat from going in the attic. It made a huge difference. He was on time both times he came and stayed as long as he needed to to make sure it got done. He even stayed and put in a screen for our window that was broken, even though that's not in his job description. Will definitely keep this company on my radar for my next apartment.

I called Justin on Super Bowl Sunday and he was a life saver. He was at my place in under an hour, very knowledgeable (was able to diagnose the problem immediately), fixed it and had other suggestions as well. I would definitely recommend using him and calling him even if you'd already gotten a first opinion. His rates are excellent and he is very honest and just great to work with.
