HVAC and Moore did the worst install possible. I would be writing for days if I wrote all the issues. Made a total mess of our install, left us with a system not running, did not install a heating element (and did not tell us, we would not have heat come winter if it wasn't for the new installers, we hired that informed us). We paid for it, he promised to ship to us after the fact for the new installers and still hasn't. We had to pay for us and our out-of-town guests to stay at a hotel since he left us high and dry. He promised to reimburse us because he said he ""wanted to make things right, that's what his father taught him"" however he didn't. This has been going on since Memorial Day. We had to pay to have the whole unit uninstalled and reinstalled correctly. Look at these photos, POOR craftsmanship! We have given him a couple months to make things right, still hasn't. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!, unfortunately it forced me to rate with minimum of 1 star. Should receive -10!!! Our home warranty company chose to cancel their service contract with this company after seeing photos. He was a new contractor with them at the time. Unfortunately, we were his 1st install
