The service is outstanding I called them out due to not having hot water tech came out and pointed out that my large amount of things piled around my heater was not good to have. my heater was in fact a gas water heater and I'm not very smart for putting belongings around a gas heater due to FIRE and The poor tech that had my best intrest in mind not dying in a fire was trying to explain all this to me without being rude or calling me crazy for what I had done and calling me crazy would have been warranted. the tech found a plastic bag had been sucked into the intake on the direct vent. So all I can say is these guys not only care about their customers they probley saved my life today.. thank you HV Mechanical. True gentleman

Poor customer service experience. Really do not care about the customer in the end and billed for something they should have not billed me for.

Had an in-wall AC/ Heat pump serviced. The service man was courteous, polite , very knowledgeable, and very competent. I would highly recommend this company to all.

We bought an older home a few months back and as the story goes, the AC stopped working properly in the height of the summer heat. Being new to the area, we sought out recommendations and HV Mechanical came highly recommended. We had a technician come out and he attempted to fix it before letting us know that the repair was beyond what he had time (and perhaps expertise) to do, but someone would call me to discuss next steps. Unfortunately that did not happen. However they made sure to call me to ensure I paid the $350 bill for the ""fix"" the repairman attempted.

Other folks seem to have had good experiences with them. But me? I was left with a bill and a still non-functional A/C.

Proceed with caution folks.
