Hired him to open a clogged bathroom drain. He said he wasn't sure he had the right equipment but he would try. When he decided he didn't have the correct equipment he charged me $199 and told me to call Mr. Drain Cleaner, who also charged me $199 but he was able to open the drain. However, he did not reseat the toilet correctly. Now my ceramic floor tiles are loose, the caulking is loose and it appears water is leaking under the toilet, DL Hutzler has been my go to plumber for many years. However he is no longer reliable and reasonable. I will find a new plumber. It won't be Mr. Drain Cleaner, either.
