Cindy B.i was charged $430.00 for one hour of work to tell me my lines had collapsed. Repair would begin at $2000.00. I found another company that used an excavator to dig small ditch to reach line n UNCLOGGED the line , worked for 3 hours n charged me $500.00 Hutsons left my bathroom floor n tub nasty. The company that fixed the repair cleaned my bathroom with bleach. I was told by at least 15 people in the last week that Hutsons overcharge n take advantage of people. Im elderly n disabled. Worst of all Hutsons have verses from the Bible every where but do not practice the Word. (Proverbs 22 A good name...)Very disappointed. I would not recommend them to anyone

Ricky L.Took time off work, didn't show when said they would . Tried calling no answer , told me he would be there that evening. Around 250$ job must not be enough to prioritize for customer , job would only take around 1and half hour ....

I begin with on the first trip to the house after tracking mud through the carpet the crew messed around with the drain line for a bit before telling me there was noting they could do but it would be $400 my entire drain needed to be dug up and replaced. So I paid them and scheduled a time for them to come make the replacement. I was working when they dug up and replaced the line and I could not believe my eyes when I got home they had totally destroyed my yard. I wish I had taken photos. Left pieces of the old line all over the yard. (Sharp pieces) and holes and rocks everywhere. I am going to have to replace dirt and see grass seed. I paid 1,500 for that. I haven't been able to reach the company since despite multiple attempts. Wouldn't go down this rabbit hole.
