I called Dave to come replace an outside spigot that stopped working and constantly leaking. The valve wouldn't budge. He came, took a pair of channel locks, broke the valve free that apparently someone twisted so tight wide open thinking they were shutting it off that it was stuck. There was nothing else wrong and he got back in his van and said no charge! I have used dozens of plumbers more times than I can count (we owned a mobile home park so we called plumbers about as often as we called each other lol). Dave is the only one I will call now
