This is the worst, most unprofessional company ever! First, they showed up one day, left to get parts and never came back. The next day the owner Dwayne who was supposed to come, said he had a guy coming but would not provide a timeframe because people have to work just like I do. Then when I pushed him for a time frame he asked me if I still wanted him to come and he yelled at me that I needed to call somebody else. DO NOT hire this terrible company!

This IS the worst company I ever had to work with. Of course they were referred to us by our home warranty company. #1 They came to fix a toliet problem and halfway fix it to work before they left. The next day it was broke again. So we tried to call them back and they wouldn't answer the phone, and when he did he text "" I'm busy so text me"" When we tried to text him back (Dwayne the owner) and he wouldn't answer. The warranty company made us use them to come back and fix it, but they keep making appointments confrimed them and never showed up 3 times....Incomplete work, poor customer service, lied and told the stupid warranty that they game out and didn't . Don't ever use this company. And we are getting rid of our home warranty company also. First American Home Warranty!! they are the worst. They also lie and claim they will replace your appliance if it can't be fixed. Not true. We have a high end kitchen with Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances which we ask if they were covered and was told they were. When the Thermador wall oven couldn't be fixed they had the nerve to want me to put a cheap sears WTF model for replacement and when I refused they offered a cash out payment of $1400.00 for a $5000.00 unit. They don't replace what you already have so watch out ...

One of the worst company I have worked with. They were referred to us by our home warranty company. Issue #1 They never show up on time. Issue #2 According to them it's completely okay to give an appointment and not show up at all. Issue #3 They do an incomplete job, they installed a water heater and failed to the old one back for weeks. Issue #4 They do a shotty job and do not warranty their work. The plumber fixed one leak and created another in the process, which damaged property.

Please be aware of these folks.
