My mother had the guy come out and probe the yard for bout 10 minutes then he left and we never heard from him again. She texted and called and texted over and over and no one ever responded to her. I call from my phone after about 2 months and the guy tells me he has no clue how to help us and """"it's just one of those things"""" yeah not being able to use the bathroom or clean clothes is """"just a thing"""" I guess. He could've at least kept in touch with my mother and told her he was trying to figure things out but we didn't even get that benefit. We thought the septic companies were backed up in May well try finding one now is like finding a needle in a haystack. So instead of hutch and company finally starting to fix our septic, we have now been told to try to find someone else... after 2 months and many trips to the neighbors to do laundry, and now we're in a even bigger whole than we were in May.

I highly recommend Hutch and Co. very responsive to my phone calls , showed up on time for the job, did the work in a professional and virtuous manner. I have never posted a review before but this company and Matt in particular did such a good job especially compared to other septic companies I dealt with , I felt moved to give him this great rating.
