I called them on a slow leak, they said it would be a couple weeks. I was good with that (slow leak). Next day M&T were in the area on another job in the area and were waiting for a truck and had a few minutes and gave me a call. They came over, fixed my leak and were gone in an hour.

These guys have worked on several issues on our new to use house that sat empty for five years before we bought it. They showed up when they said they would every time, were extremely nice and willing to educate me on how everything worked, what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it. All work was very professionally done and we love our new boiler that ended up costing 15% UNDER quote. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend to others!

Needed a filter on a water line ""whole house filter"" The guy shows up and installed a water line filter on the hot water line, that only goes to the hot water heater and is on demand. So that means the filter would ONLY filter the hot water and only when it is running, since there is no tank.

We kept telling the service man that he was tapping the wrong line but he would not listen and installed the filter to the hot water only vs a whole house filter.

We had to call them, the OWNER said that we were correct and that a new line would need to be dug in the dirt outside and also into the house requiring the cement floor to be torn up.

So, we requested a quote for that. Work still not done as of 8/26/2020 AND they sent us a bill for the wrong installation !!

We were without water for several days in Moffat, Co due to faulty pipes which was causing flooding. After calling about 8 or 9 other plumbers who didn't respond, unavailable, or were rude. We called Husmann Friday morning and had two excellent guys show up, Daniel Husmann and his very professional partner.
The three leaks and faulty pipes were promptly fixed within an hour and a half saving potentially many thousands of dollars.
We highly recommend this company especially during these troublesome times.

We called them to set an appointment. They never called back had to call them again. The two men they sent were very unprofessional. They were cussing and bad mouthing the electrician that came before them. They treated us like we where stupid and had no clue what was going on. They were here for 10 minutes to check the voltage on the water heater and said we needed to call the electrician again. All that for $80.00. Never call them they really don't want your business.

Called for a quote... they changed out parts without first saying what it would cost... called to complain about this and got rude response of how I should just be great full they got to me. Won't be doing business here again with this type of treatment
