From the moment I set up the appointment I knew I could trust Hurricane Plumbing. They were available for questions and so helpful. Randy came out, wearing a mask to keep everyone safe, explained the process and results of the sewer scope we needed as well as quickly getting me the video of the sewer scope and checking out the rest of the house for any other potential issues. Jim was kind enough to get us an estimate on a replacement boiler that we needed in order to understand the scope of of the budget we needed to plan. Their prices are great and their work is incredibly professional. I will not only use them again, I will likely use them exclusively. I recommend them to anyone new to using plumbers and anyone looking to work with professionals that care about what they do. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!

2017- My mother (who is a senior citizen), had water flood her cellar. Hurricane plumbing came out and charged $4,000 for a new service line. After they left they promised to come back and remove the trash and all the stuff they broke in the cellar. I had to call for my mother numerous time before they came back. 2/2018 - My mother called Hurricane because she received a letter saying that the permits were not paid for and the plumbers were supposed to have their work inspected by city. Hurricane Plumbing promised they would go by and pay for the permit that week. THEY DID NOT and, my mother received a bill for $2,000. I would NEVER EVER use them again. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We have used Hurricane Plumbing for about 4 years now. Over this time they have done big jobs and small jobs for us. I can confidently say they are awesome! Responsive, professional, competent, friendly, nice, and fairly priced - and honest! Whenever we have any plumbing issues we call them. We also highly recommend them to neighbors whenever we are asked for a plumber!

This is my second time using Hurricane Plumbing and I couldn't be happier. I recently purchased a home with no washer/dryer hookup and I desperately needed this to be done. John, plumber technician, came out and did a great job. His customer service skill was great. In addition to doing the washer/dryer hookup, he recommend that I replace the old cast iron main stack to avoid any headaches. He even taught me a few things. I refuse to use anyone else other than Hurricane Plumbing from now on.

Just a bunch of nice people... So my house is old as dirt, 100+ years old and I needed to have an almost 20 year old water heater replaced. Not only was the initial phone quote almost spot on, but the final quote was just a bit more after the on-prem estimate. Of course I needed a few more items replaced since the plumbing is so old and that was the diff btw the phone and physical estimates. I was also able to get the guys the swap out a pedestal tub faucet while they were here for the water heater. All in all price, service and staff were great!

I don't understand why these guys have so many bad reviews. I had to replace my entire stack pipe from the second floor to the basement. These guys came in, gave me an estimate immediately they quoted me approx. $1,500 for the job. About a week later I called them back to begin the work. Now my house is over 100 years old and I don't have the blue prints for the layout, being that the house is so old, once you start breaking walls you're never going to know what your gonna find. With this being said of course there was an obstacle in replacing this pipe. We had 3 plumbers on site once we saw this wasn't going to be an easy task. The price jumped up $1,000 more. These are licensed plumbers and I wanted my repair done correctly. So I had no problem paying. These gentlemen were professional, clean and had great customer service and trade ethics. Given that I've been a construction manager for over 20 I would definitely call these guys back for any other plumbing issues that may arrive.

I love this company. From the first year I lived in my home I have only ever used this company. Eric is fabulous, and the guys he hires are terrific, too. When the big hurricane (Irene?) flooded my basement and wiped out my furnace, washer, dryer, water heater, Eric and his guys came and pumped out the basement and fixed it all. Over the years Eric has helped me with with burst pipes, and every problem an older home has.

Eric is honest, fair, compassionate and generally awesome. I wish every company was more like this company.

I have referred tons of my friends to this fine organization.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! This is the most horrible experience you will have. A bathroom renovation that became money pit. Poor service, poor workmanship - delays that cost way beyond what was budgeted. 5 day contract turned into 3 weeks! No professionalism at all! Eric will cut corners every where he can. I am still left dealing with his poor job. I just want them out of my home and life. They do not deserve even half the price paid for. Used my own trash bags to clean up, no one shows up for days, sub-contracted most of the work, ask to be paid for every little thing as extra. This company license should be removed!

Called Hurricane Plumbing, Fairfield NJ office and set up date for estimate . .. Gary came about 3 o'clock, took a look and told me what had to be done to 3 toilets. He went out, got the equipment, returned, fixed all three units and was done before 5. I cancelled other calls for estimates, I was so pleased with the no nonsense, economical approach to my problems and the ability to take care of it on the spot. He did and at a very fair price. Thank you Hurricane - you are my go to guy now.

Al is a rip off artist. So is the main guy I called, he didn't give me his name. Don't use them. This is not an honest business. They will do a job that doesn't need to be done.
