We needed a new hot water heater and Huron Valley Plumbing was recommended. Tom came out and gave us an assessment and price.
His install was very clean, they hauled away the old unit and they made sure to take care of all permits and inspection. We are more than happy.

I was thrilled to actually have someone answer the phone, but my inquiry was a non-starter due to the rude response I received to my phone call.

Apparently it's not cool to ask this company for a general labor rate, a price range for a minimal job, or to even ask for their first name (huh???...jeez, just make up an alias if you don't want to give your real one!). They don't have a lot a lot of reviews on Yelp, and this was not a great way to get a new one.

Rather than using the business model of an angry plumber answering the phone, they might do well to invest in a receptionist, a service, or just have people text an inquiry. Perhaps they are so good, they don't really have time for new business.

I called two other plumbing companies and got fast response and ballpark bids, along with availability. Sure, plumbers are more expensive than we'd like, but unless you're desperate, price is far from the only consideration.

Really great service, competitively priced, with the added bonus of providing preventative maintenance care advice. I would highly recommend HVP to anyone in need of assistance.

I highly recommend this company. I have had them over to fix both a clogged sink (over Labor Day weekend) and just now to replace my water heater in the middle of the winter. Their work is exceptional, their prices are reasonable, and everyone is courteous. I'd rather pay a little more to get things done right, then rely on some novice from Lowes or Costco. Please do use them if you need a good plumber.

I needed my MBR toilet replaced with a new ADA-height, elongated model. After trying to install two other toilets that would not fit (illogical placement of water outlet valve), Tom called the original toilet manufacturer and got a brand new ADA-height, elongated toilet installed.

The work was professional, the price was fair considering how Home Depot jerked him around, and Tom kept me informed on the progress of the work. What more can you ask for?

I will call Huron Valley Plumbing when I have more plumbing work to be performed on my home. Putting my money where my mouth is!
