Called for help on my intermittent operation of well on my Oscoda vacation home during the busy 4th of July week. The owner, Don, got to me in a couple days due to backlog of service calls (typical for holidays when everyone is up north) and is completely understandable based on limited number of plumbers in the area. Everyone else was a week or longer before they could respond.

Once Don got on property he diagnosed the issue almost immediately (bad pressure switch on the pressure tank). Repair was fairly quick (about 40 minutes) where total cost came to $110 (parts and labor) which I though was very reasonable, especially in comparison to metro Detroit prices.

Throughout the repair Don was very friendly and professional and did not mind my questions or my desire too be educated on my system (curse of being an engineer). I was thoroughly impressed by him and his friendly demeanor and he definately will be my go to plumbing guy in the Oscoda area for any future repairs. Highly recommend!
