You couldn't forget your appt time if you wanted to and their membership programs help you remember to regularly service your HVAC system. Needing Rare boiler parts Alicia did the homework and went the extra mile to track down part numbers and get me the correct information and parts needed. I want to share with others how pleased we have been with the Hurlburt staff. We have had them come in several times: once to redo our sump pump system and another time to check out a possible problem with our hot water heater First, setting up an appointment could not have been easier. I had no sooner finished an online chat with a customer service representative when our phone rang and Alica worked with me to schedule an appointment. She proved to be friendly, professional, and helpful. Shane has been the technician who has come to our house to first install the sump pump, another time to make an adjustment to the back-up battery, and a third time to inspect our hot water heater. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I could not be more pleased with the customer service, the quality of the work, and the affordability. I can not recommend Hurlburt highly enough.
