Luca Huggings grew up in a quiet community in Illinois. When he turned 18, he transferred to the Big Apple to attend college. After graduating, he knew the path he wanted to follow his professional journey; he was going to be the boss. He accumulated every last penny and in the early '90s, he opened the first plumbing company on Sunrise Hwy.
