Motor went out on a/c unit that was purchased new in 2018. 786 dollar part was covered under warranty. Technician was on location for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Total bill for ""service and labor"" was 681.00. That is an outrageous hourly fee. Posted this review on their Facebook page and a ""does not recommended "" 5 minutes later I received a thank you for my positive recommendation! They changed it! I've got screenshot thankfully and am posting it rigorously.

Great company have used them for Air Conditioning repair and Plumbing needs, they respond quick and always answer the phone even on the weekends. The guys are always so friendly and have great recommendations.

We called Hunter Super Techs dispatcher. Asked to repair a broken fresh water pipe at water meter at my dads house. Very easy job. 89 year old Korea war veteran which can barely hear. I instructed Super Tech Dispatcher ""call me for approval"". Technican called later and said he was on the way. I told technician and his assistant as well, call me when you get there, my dad doesnt hear nor understand well. The technican arrived to the house. Did not call us for approval of cost, $450 cash which my dad approved. When my dad asked ""why so much he thought he heard the technican say, ""we need a special digging machine for this job"""". The two men dug up the broken pipe with a shovel, quick and simple repair. Be careful with Hunter Super Tech. With this case they took advantage of a senior citizen, elderly person.

I want to revise my earlier review of Hunter Super Techs of Ada. I did get a voicemail sating they had reviewed my comments and case and were sending me a check for the cost of the service call. I got the check. So I feel better about their company.

Very poor customer relations. Reported to them that I was concerned about the high charge for the service we received and that I never received an estimate or an invoice and still have not. They refused to detail the charges that added up to the amount charged. And, after providing them a very detailed explanation of our concerns, at their request, asking them for a partial refund, and emailing them several times afterward to follow up, it was radio silence from them. Finally gave up. Find someone else. If you have a concern, these guys don't care.

Called for AC service on a Saturday afternoon and was told a tech would be in touch in a few minutes. 2 hours later (4 pm) and hadn't heard from anyone. Called again and was told that no one was coming. That the home owner had to approve any repairs. Informed her he was out of the country and I was paying for.repairs myself. Just 15 months ago we paid $3000 for them to replace inside unit. She wouldn't even send anyone out to check and make sure that it wasn't their work that needed to be looked at. They didn't even care enough to call and tell me so I could contact someone else. The dispatcher was rude and unapologetic. This was especially bad since most AC techs wont work late on Saturdays. Thank you Mr. Sawyers of Sawyers Heat and Air for coming to the rescue. He was honest, kind and fast.
