The company advertised that it provided free assessment and estimates. It does not. I was seeking two repairs and one plug installation at an exterior location where we already had power run. The technician conducting the initial assessment was on site for ~90 minutes trying to locate a junction box in the attic that connected to a plug located on the front exterior of our home. He located a junction box immediately above the plug location but could not determine if that was the specific junction box he needed to complete the work. The technician charged me $230 for the time he spent in the attic. The assessment concluded that they would need to rerun wires to both exterior locations where repairs were requested. During the process of replacing the electrical cord from the front walk light to the end-of-drive way light, the technician ran into an issue. Without discussing the issue with the homeowner, the technician altered the installation plan and instead of running the wire through the retaining wall, he installed it along the upper level of the interior boundary of the retaining wall. The new wire is visible above ground in several areas of the wall. Also, the technician drilled several exploration holes in the end of driveway pillar in an attempt to locate and remove the old cord. In so doing, the technician destroyed the concrete top of the pillar that supported a light fixture. Upon completion of the new power cord installation, the technician reinstalled the light fixture in defilade - leaving a relatively large bowl where water could accumulate above and around the light fixture's wired connections. The light was also installed off plumb - it was very obviously tilted. I pointed out that this method of installation was inadequate, unsightly and likely unsafe. The technician offered to correct the damage he created using concrete for an additional $350 fee. I declined his offer and repaired the installation on my own for less than $10. I also had to intercede to ensure that the new power cord that was installed on the end of driveway pillar was concealed inside PVC pipe and not simply attached to the exterior of the pillar using large staples. While all three elements of the project were completed, meaning I have power at all three locations, the failure to inform the homeowner when issues arose that necessitated changes to the approved installation plan, coupled with the shoddiness / poor esthetics of the installation methods used / attempted, left much to be desired.

New to the area and unsure who to call. This company had good reviews so tried them out. My tech was a guy named Gilbert. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He identified issues, clearly explained them and discussed the options without high pressure selling.

I will definitely use this company again for my future HVAC maintenance and issues.

Update to previous 1 star review, I was contacted by the company, they scheduled for the original day I had taken off work to be home, and fixed the issue, replacing entire spigot at no extra cost.
