Hunt the Plumber

When I called the business I was informed I would be charged a $99 service fee to come to the house. I said that was too much so I was told because I was a new customer I would pay $50. I said ok if that was deducted from the quote to do the job which is indeed how they do it. All I needed was a leaky valve fixed that controls our outdoor spigot. The plumber came with advance notice and quoted $166.52 to tighten the valve, and $330 to replace the valve. That price is minus the $50 service fee! I told him I thought that was outrageous and said no thank you, we'll find another way to fix it. He assured me their service was high quality, I told him it wasn't the service I was concerned with, it was their outrageous prices! I don't recommend using this business as they are way over priced!!!

Called to have him repair a sink. He came into the house never wiped his feet tracked crap through my entire house (2 floors) every time he entered. He had to leave to go get parts. Came back without all the parts to finish the job. Returned to complete the job 2 days later and charged for a second service call and did a crappy job and did not clean up his mess. Called his office asking for the second service call charge to be removed from bill but they refused. Then parts fell of sink within a months time.Will never use this plumber again. Does not do quality work at all.
