Hunt's services were absolutely amazing!
Our AC went out so we called and they were out the same day. It was going to take them a couple days to out in a new AC unit for us so they dropped off a window unit for us to use so we weren't going to melt.
Since they were already out here we had them look at a couple other problems in the house. We had a leak in our master shower, come to find out it was not properly installed by the old homeowner. So we just decided to go with a new/ upgraded shower remodel. Lastly we decided since we were doing the other two things we mine as well get a new water heater since the previous one was from 1986 and it was on its last leg.
Through all of this Hunts company was absolutely amazing, they were super professional, accommodating to my schedule, and great when my 3yr old asked them questions about what they were doing. I could not recommend them enough to people!

My upstairs HVAC unit went out last weekend. The front office was professional and prompt and had a technician out the same day. The tech arrived on time and was professional. The technician stated my compressor was dead (which was accurate). Payment would be 5k. He then checked my unit in the attic and stated ""I would need a returner in my master bedroom because my system isn't big enough"" Payment would be 7600 for a brand new system.

I had a friend whose a HVAC tech come out for a second opinion. My compressor was dead. Yet, he found the same part for 1,500 and labor was $500. He stated I didn't need a new unit. He saved me over 3k. I understand businesses need to make money, but overcharging customers is not the answer.

A deteriorating pipe burst underneath our home we were renting out and Hunts came to the rescue. The job ended up being huge, basically ripping out the entire kitchen. Hunt's worked amazingly with the tenants, our property management company, and insurance to get the job done. The owner was in direct contact with me the entire time, and spent extra time on conference calls with insurance to ensure the work stayed within a scope. Highly recommend Hunt's for any/all work. Professional, communicative, and great service.

Hunt Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning is a great company. I was having issues with my heat. I called them and they sent a technician by the name of Edward out and it was fixed within the hour. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

Hunt has worked on HVAC in the recent past.
The system is 20 years old and was installed when the house was built so it doesn't owe us anything. I had gotten a quote a few weeks earlier when the igniter failed and they replaced that.
The system failed on Christmas Eve. I called Hunt and they came out that day, diagnosed the issue and the bottom line was it had to go.
It was working intermittently but this was it.
The best thing was they could schedule the replacement for the Thursday after Christmas.
They showed up Thur. morning and we had heat by early afternoon. They came back on Fri. to install the AC compressor.
They listen to the customer and get the job done.
As I've said elsewhere if you have a problem, call these folks.

Customer service was good (office person and technician) but diagnosis for why my AC unit was not cooling was incorrect. I was told I needed to replace the capacitor, which I agreed to replace. (Replacing the capacitor did not fix the problem; same amount of air was blowing from the vents). Also, I was told that I may also have a leak and need to add freon but that he would have to check (for a fee in addition to the initial fee to inspect the AC = $89.95). I would have thought that would have been included. For that reason, I declined. I had to call someone else to inspect my AC unit who determined that I did have a leak and needed to add freon. No additional cost to inspect. So bottom line - I paid $300 for a part that did not solve my AC unit problem. Very disappointed. Hunts would probably be ok if you know actually what your problem is or just to install a new unit but I will not be finding that out. I wish the best to future customers.

First, contrary to what the owner claims, he does not meet with or know all his customers personnally. Second, you want to overpay for services, hire this company. Similar practice to most plumbing companies - nothing new.
You will pay double or even triple with this company or other plumbers than if you hired a handyman. One handyman in particular comes to mind, Dave at 443-404-0449.
With Dave, you won't pay double or triple what the materials cost and you will get a fair labor rate, without all the strings attached like the $75 charge for the trip to your location whether or not you get the work done.

I called Hunt's for a service call since they are local, I've explain the problem to the technician, who was on time. He looked around, told me the HVAC unit had to much freon. It worked for a couple of days. I called the company to let them know the hvac stopped working and I was told that I would have to pay for another service call.

Hunts plumbing and heating. Done a Fantastic job with my installation . They were knowledgeable, very professional, very clean. Installed everything in the timeframe they quoted. Even done little extra work for me. When running late on morning cause of traffic, they called and stated exactly when they would arrive. I am very very pleased with my new furnace and air conditioner unit. Mr Warren and his team done an EXCELLENT job. I would use them again in a heartbeat if needed.
