I messaged Dave to give me a price for some electrical and plumbing work, which I needed done ASAP. He responded quick and gave me a rough estimate. We picked a time and date within two days. Dave was early to arrive, price ended up being lower than his estimate and the work was done great. He communicated what was being done and was very friendly.

I will use again no doubt, and would refer to anyone who need work done.

Placed a call to ask about hanging some doors. We never got a call back. It's been a week. It's very rude. Common courtesy to at least return a phone call! Nice way to run a business! I'm calling someone else!

Dave is awesome! Needed a small project done. Called him late on Saturday not expecting him to come out and schedule it but he came right over! He did a great job and I will definitely be using him again!

He took our money, never provided invoices or receipts for any work or materials that were purchased and 2 months later he has not completed any job he started. The partial jobs started were done very poorly and has some leftover job that never done.

Not dependable at all I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Called Dave last week had an appointment set for Monday morning at 9:00am He never showed up I called him and LM on his VM and I am still waiting for a call back and it is now Tuesday. Not sure how he got 5 stars from other people....maybe they were friends of his?

Dave was on time, friendly and quality work. Installed a door, trim work and even put up some new blinds. Very reasonable too. Will definitely have him back for future work. Great job!!

Dave is fantastic. He came out same-day and installed 3 chandeliers for me in less than an hour and a half. He and his daughter (who was home from school for the summer and helping out her dad) were very professional and friendly. Will definitely call him again!

Do not use! He took my money, has not provided invoices or receipts for any work or materials that were purchased and never received and 3 months later he has not completed any job he started, to inlude 17 days of no shows, with no phone calls, despite promises from him the work will be done. The partial jobs started were done very poorly. In the beginning I referred him to friends who were very upset at the bad workmanship and how unprepared he was when he arrived to complete the work. Unfortunately we know are finding numerous people who had issues with him. Horrible.
