Fantastic! I'm so glad we didn't go with a plumber listed on Angie's List. I have found the companies on Angie's List often reflect poorly on Yelp. We had water pouring out from under our sink. Water was everywhere! It looked like an expensive fix. We thought for sure at least 1k. Turns out it was our garbage disposal. The technicians came in, replaced the disposal. Everything out the door was $265. We will use them from here on out! I feel fortunate that we found them.

Humphrey's came and fixed my driveway faucet. I called a few others but Humphrey was the only one who would come and fix without me being home. I ended up staying home on a sick leave but he didn't know I was home. Originally he quoted $95 but I was worried a plumber might charge me more. I have never used a plumber before so I was a little nervous. When I saw his car pulled up, I got changed and walked outside to see what was wrong with the faucet. He was already gone by then. He called me back and said it only took him a minute to fix so he'd only charge me $30. I was so grateful for his honesty. He could have said pipe was broken so it would be $200 but he didn't. I told him I'd recommend him to my friends. There are still good people and businesses. Thank you so much.

We had some slow drain. They found the clean out valve and used the camera to check everything was clear. They were prompt and very good. Will call again if needed.

My hot water heater went out over July 4th weekend. Called on Monday morning, 7-6-20 at 9AM to schedule a replacement hot water heater. They called and confirmed they would come same day I called and install a Bradford White 40 gallon. They were at my house around noon and gone by 3 PM. I had hot water and was up and running in just a few hours. VERY-QUICK RELIABLE service!!!!! Highly recommended. Donna

Robert Humphrey has done numerous repairs at my home for several years. Helped diagnose and repair a mysterious leak in my shower previously. Today figured out a different leak. He is very reliable, honest and fair priced. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I have used Mr. Humphrey three times since moving to Katy. (I used to use JM, got way overcharged every time.) He has stopped dripping faucets and repaired an improperly installed sprinkler system pipe. (Note: he does not work on the components of sprinkler systems.) He knows his profession, is certified, and insured. His helper is great, too. Use Humphrey Plumbing and you will be glad you did.
