Wish New Home Company would not use this plumbing service. The plumber was supposed to fix a sink drain that would not hold water but made things even worse! The plumber does NOT check his work. The sink now leaks!

We had scheduled warranty work. We were told that we had the first appointment of the day. The plumber did not show up until 12. He came in, worked for about an hour and left. The job was scheduled for 4 hours, there was a ton of work left to do. The plumber said he'd be back. At 4:30, I called the office and was told that the he would be back soon. He never showed up or called. The next day I called the office and let them know what happened, there was work that still needed to be completed and a tub that he had disconnected and left in the middle of our bathroom. The woman that answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said should could have someone out the following week. Not only did we wait all day for this plumber to return, our bathroom was left unusable and we were treated as though we had done something wrong.

This is not a repair company. Should not be listed here. This apparently is a builder. Man on the phone said they only service what they build. Kindly move to another listing.

Amazing plumbing company. The first time I needed them they told me they would be out first thing in the morning. Then a bit later they called back and asked if it would be okay if they came in the evening because they didn't want me to have to deal with my issue over night. They also told me what to do to make sure no damage was done before they came. The second time he went above and beyond with his service again. He even helped show me how to make my showers work a bit better. Totally recommend this company!
