Great customer service! Job was fixed in one day. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Working through our homeowner's warranty, Hummell Plumbing kept in touch with us, were flexible, diagnosed the problem affecting our hot water heater, and they remedied it! Great job Alan and Erin.
Thank you!!!

Hummel Plumbing was referred by the home warranty company, and should not have been. There was just a small leak on the floor between the toilet and vanity. Instead of going for the easiest of solutions the plumber called a mitigating company. The company disassembled our vanity turned of the water and found no mold. The cost of mitigation is $1200 without going through insurance. Now we have no sink, but for the deductible of $75 (warranty deductible) we have a new wax ring under the toilet. That was the only issue. Bone dry under the sink. I tried to get monetary assistance from the plumbing company to pay that. The owner said that he would not, and he hung up on me when I suggested that they should not be on the home warranty's list for plumbing companies. Tomorrow we we contractors putting the bathroom vanity back together at our expense.

I had them come out to install toilets and faucets in a house we just bought. I also had them come out to fix a leak with my jacuzzi tub. There was a two week period before we actually moved into the house. I realized my master bath faucets have hot water on the opposite side they normally are on. I left three messages for Steve before I actually reached him again on October 5th. I needed them to come on a Saturday as both my husband and I had recently started new jobs. He told me he would check with his tech or maybe he would come and handle. I still have yet to hear back from him. Too bad. They lost a customer that would have been loyal. We have another leak on a water bib, but we'll get someone else who wants to have a customer. If I have to pay someone to fix the master bath faucets, I'll be sending him the bill.

Very impressed with Noah @ Hummell Plumbing. My step son called his warranty company to fix a gas leak after gas company shutoff gas. Warranty company used hummell plumbing and noah showed up. He arrived, finished the job quickly and professionally. I've had two plumbers retire on me and I have been looking for a good plumber for about a year for my house & rentals. After my experience with this company, I will start using them. Already set up a water heater replacement with them. Received a quote over the phone that was in line with my prior jobs with plumbers I trusted. Definitely use Hummell.

These guys were contracted through my warranty company to replace my leaky garbage disposal. The gentleman arrived at the tail end of the 2 hour window and told me he just returned to work after being out and a bunch of his tools were missing so he had to rummage to get what he needed for the install. But he was very friendly and explained all about the garbage disposal to me. I would recommend Hummell Plumbing to others.

I wish they dealt with my home warranty service. I tried to bypass home warranty thinking it was a small job and called them off a recommendation from a friend. He was here when he said he would be. He looked at the problem but came to the conclusion that it was a lot more than a minor fix. He offered to fix it and gave me the rate but suggested I call my home warranty company. He spent at least an hour here but charged me nothing. He said nothing was fixed, so no charge. He even left a cartridge of his in my shower to prevent water from spraying out until it got fixed. I would highly recommend this company and even though I hope I have no use for a plumber in the future, you better believe I will be calling them first, even before my home warranty company just in case.

I recently had a leak in my walls between my downstairs bathroom and washer in the garage. I have a home warranty through select home warranty which sucks and doesn't cover anything (FYI don't ever get this warranty). The only good thing they did for me was send Hummell plumbing I first met with Ross and another gentleman both were professional and knowledgeable. Come to find out it was a leak in the slab which isn't covered by the warranty. Knowing that this was not going to be a cheap fix, I had to have them come out a week later after working. From there on I dealt with Steven who was very comforting and assuring with a first home time buyer dealing with her first major house crisis. Steven and the owner Broc came out and actually fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I appreciate all of they're hard work and understanding when it came to my situation. Thank you Hummell Plumbing!

We contracted Hummel plumbing to fix a problem we had with our hot water going cold after a few minutes. The first time they came out they said they fixed the problem but when I took a shower that evening the water turned cold. When I called them they came out once again and said they ""fixed"" the problem but when they explained what they did they simply bi-passed the circulating pump and made it inoperable. Now it takes forever for the water to get hot. When I asked why they circumvented the problem by bypassing the pump they claimed the pump needed a timer. How strange is that? The pump and water heater has worked for four years and now instead of fixing the pump they bypass it and tell me it needs a timer. Again the problem is not fixed and now they refuse to fix it, Guess what, it's a home warranty contract and since they don't make any margin on it they have elected to do nothing. If the problem is the pump wouldn't you think they would simply fix it? I have tried to resolve the issue with Steve and I believe Brian. Steve says it's out of his hands because Brian is the owner. Brian talked to me and argued that it is in need of a timer. When I asked why he didn't put a timer on it to fix the problem he referred me back to the Home Warranty company. I have never written a yelp review but felt compelled to tell anyone who is looking for a plumber about my story so you can feel forewarned.

Update: I had Hummell Plumbing come to my house to replace four angle stop valves that were probably as old as the house (1980s) and were all stuck open. Ross and Steve called me in advance to notify me they were 15 minutes away, and were extremely courteous upon arrival. They completed the job in approximately 20-25 minutes tops. Ross also gave me some advice regarding a new faucet I am installing. Hummell's price was very fair and the service was good. As I stated in my earlier review in 2015, I will call Hummell again with my next plumbing job.
