I had a leaking pipe on my irrigation main line, at the same time I was super busy at work. John came out and took pics of what needed to be fixed and gave me a bid. He then came back and corrected and replaced all the problem pipes and fittings. He did a great job and was so easy to work with!

Highly recommended, one of the best plumbers we've had the pleasure of working with for the last 45 years of home ownership. Jon is easy to work with, explains the problems and repair solutions clearly. We had a serious bathroom toilet issue and Jon sorted out the problems and took immediate action. He even followed up the next day to check on the results using a plumber's sewer camera and doing a little extra clean up work to ensure the problems were completely gone. The skinny: If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jon helped us out on a Saturday, gave an estimate over the phone, ended up doing considerably more work than originally discussed, and we still ended up paying the price Jon had originally quoted. Jon was very professional and capable, a really hard worker, and quickly did an excellent job with the work that needed to be done.

The details: We had a major backup due to a clog in the main line. Jon arrived within 30 minutes. There is no clean-out, so Jon removed the toilet to get to the clog, unclogged that line and the shower drain, installed a new shutoff valve for the toilet, replaced the old toilet with a new one, did a professional job cutting the carpet to fit the new toilet, and hauled away the old toilet. The shower drain, toilet shut-off valve, cutting the carpet, and hauling away the old toilet were not part of the original quote, but we paid the what he originally quoted. On a Saturday! We could not have hoped for better service or price.

Jon is professional, fast and reliable just as his tagline says. Add to that, helpful, friendly, honest and flexible. All good qualities for a plumber when you don't have hot water! Jon was able to fit us in his schedule, replace the broken piece of our tankless water heater and even called the tankless company for more information. (He deserves several more stars for navigating through that call!) We will definitely use him again and I would definitely recommend him!

Hummel Plumbing is fantastic! We have used them twice now, once to install a whole house filtration system and just yesterday to fix a leaky pipe that was causing water to drip from our garage ceiling. We called the evening before about the water leak and Jon was out the next morning. Can't say enough good things about Jon! He's extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the situation and answer all your questions.
