They were referred by my American Home Shield Buyer Warranty coverage. Came out and replaced a shot & leaking 40 gallon water heater same day as my call to AHS. The plumber was knowledgeable, very polite & cleaned up after his great job! I highly recommend them.

Asked to repair a tub diverter valve, he said 1) it's supposed to be that way, and 2) parts were unavailable. I noticed it leaking from the handle months later and took it apart myself. I found it packed with RectorSeal and was able to size the appropriate replacement part. It took time I think he was just unwilling to spend. He must have been inexpensive, which was why the home warranty company dispatched him.
He did manage to replace the gas shutoff valve to our stove, and though the free-floating pipe end is not to code, but it doesn't leak.

I have a contract with American Home Shield and this is the plumber assigned to us. Reem water heater is 4 years old; it was here when we bought the house 2 1/2 years ago. We have never adjusted the heat settings, or anything else about it.
For about three weeks the water has been noticeably cooler than normal. The flame that reheats water wasn't going on as frequently as usual. (You can definitely hear it when it goes on.)
Plumber came out, took one cursory glance, and said the heat setting was too low. IT'S BEEN THE SAME SETTING FOR 2 1/2 YEARS. I told him more than once that the temperature had been cooler the last three weeks and it was not reheating as normal. He didn't listen. He just harped on the setting being too low. Unfortunately my husband thought that was a reasonable explanation, so I was outvoted. Their solution: turn the heat up.
THAT DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. Yes, the water is hotter (and I will be paying more for that extra gas, thanks) but it does not address the underlying problem of the water cooling off more than usual. PLUS I had to pay the $75 co-pay so he could walk in and not do anything. Didn't check the thermostat, values, nothing.
I am livid. The only reason I am giving two stars is because he showed up promptly. I truly hope we never have another plumbing issue because I don't want this guy sent out again.

Cameron did work at our house and replaced something in our shower. A few months later the thing he replaced failed and we had an active leak that was costing us money. We called Cameron and asked him to come look at it and he would not. We informed him that as a merchant the law requires a 1 year warranty, he still refused to do anything about it. Do not do business with this company.

Cameron did an outstanding job for us! We had been without hot water for several days, mainly because our home warranty company is incompetent. When the case was finally assigned to Humboldt Plumbing I got a call right away from Cameron. He asked pertinent questions about our problem and then set an appointment. He arrived on time and he even had a new water heater ready to go when he arrived. When my contract expires with the home warranty provider, I will not renew. However, if I have another plumbing problem, I will happily call Cameron.
Polite, on time, and competent!

This guy is your new plumber. Seriously. He is excellent. We had a bathtub faucet that needed replacing and a bathroom sink that needed repair. Cameron was on-time, friendly, explained exactly what he was going to do to fix the problems. Quick trip to the hardware store so he could ensure he got the right parts, and everything was replaced or repaired in no time. His prices are reasonable and fair.
We called three plumbers before Humboldt Plumbing. One said they weren't interested in a job this small. The second said they were booked for the next two weeks. The third didn't call us back. I reached Cameron on his cell phone on a Friday afternoon, set up an appointment with him in less than one minute, and we met on Monday.
