I would NOT use Hull Plumbing - they charged me $800 to replace a toilet!! They charged me for the guy waiting for an hour at Lowe's to pick up the toilet I had purchased. When I called to complain, the guy on the phone was snarky with me and said ""what was he supposed to do, wait in the truck?"" NEVER again. There was no sense of fairness.

I had a plumbing issue at a rental property that the Hull Team addressed quickly, as well as being cost effective too.
Yesterday, I needed to call them yet again, this time for the home I live in built in 1928...once again extremely pleased with the office staff Becky
and the service tech Jacob for fitting me in the same day plus solving the problem at a great price.

This is the second time I have called on Hull to fix an issue at my elderly mother's home, and they never disappoint! They are the most responsive plumbing company I have ever seen, and they go above and beyond. Alex was so sweet to my mother, even cleaning up her bathroom floor where the toilet backed up! What a gift he is and demonstrated what a caring individual he is by helping my 94 year old mother like that! Thank you, Hull Plumbing!

I had issue with water leaking whenever the toilet on second floor was flushed. I called this company to come and find the root cause of the issue since I do not know anything about plumbing. They came and start cut holes on my ceiling only to find out that the toilet on the second floor was not seated properly and caused the leak .I wished I had called different company because their experienced plumbers probably have more knowledge and skills to recognize this issue at first hand or at least investigate more thoroughly prior to deciding leave holes on my ceiling for me to repair. I was very disappointed.

The service was good. We used them before to fix our toilet and change out a busted pipe from a ice storm. We recently called the company out again believing that it was the same service charge. The provider charged a much higher service charge, providing the explanation of ""this is what I charge."" So now, after paying a higher service fee, I now know that it depends on who from the company comes to your home, so I will be weary to call again. This should be information given upfront.

I had a very small job, but it was handled very well beginning to end!

I just needed some assistance setting up a natural gas grill on my patio, and although I consider myself a fairly capable DIYer, I didn't think I was ready for dealing with an NG line. I called, they explained that it would be $98.50 for someone to come out and give an estimate, and that if I ended up hiring them, that fee would go towards the cost of the job.

Doug came out a few days later, he was kind and helpful, and gave me an estimate, which I accepted. He said it would be $115/hour, and he would be extremely shocked if it took more than an hour. He quickly went and grabbed some parts, installed everything, and was out of there in under an hour.

I felt very comfortable with the entire process and I would recommend Hull Plumbing for plumbing needs.

Owner charge you $100 to just over price you his going rate $282.00 per hour.
Owner claims they do not do it by the HOUR but by the job. They took 15 minutes to hacksaw 1 pipe. I had the pipe dug up before they got here. And Charge $432.00 if you don't agree then they want $100 for their trouble. And I waited after they said they would charge extra if they come out on a Sunday. PRICE GOUGER. He said he want to talk it over which why bother already price gouging why bother. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET.

Plumbing is SO expensive!! I had a water pipe in my front yard break and called Hull to fix it. It was $1,200. They were very nice and professional. They had to dig quite a ways down, which they did. They didn't tear up my yard or leave dirt everywhere. That's HUGE! There's a year warranty on their work.

For anyone in need of plumbing services, I would NOT use HULL PLUMBING. I had a slab leak repair that has reappeared at the point where it was patched. The company refused to make it right. It is possible that is is a separate leak but their plumber Robert located the second leak exactly over the repair location. And, when they first tested the repair they had to rework the patch to ""make it work"". I had a different plumber out today and he said he could repipe it for roughly 800 dollars where Hulls estimate was over 3000 dollars. #HULLPLUMBING.

I'll be sure to share my opinion of this company at every opportunity and on social media.
