Set an appointment with Hull Plumbing, I drove 195 miles to make it to the appointment on time. I met the plumber, (Aaron French). He quoted a fair price for the work I needed, he said he could start the following day at 10:00 am. However, he never showed up, didn't bother to call me at all. I called the company, (Hull Plumbing). I was told he was on a job and couldn't make it. This practice of business is unprofessional and sub standard. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I will say they came when they said they would and charged what they said they would. Initially. They came out to clear a clogged pipe and offered an estimate to scope the pipe to find the issue. I didn't know where my cleanouts were so I decided the scope was worth it. They came out and didn't find the clean out and told me the sewer pipe near the main had broken. Which was fine, but I was still charged $700 for basically nothing and wasnt even offered to be credited the $700 toward the repair. Effectively they charged me $700 to come out and give me $16,000 worth of estimates. Also while they were scoping the pipe (from the roof) they said they couldn't find the clean out so there were more estimates to add that. I went out that evening with a flashlight and found my clean out in the dark with no fancy equipment. I had a good run with hull. We've used them at a rent house several times. But we'll be going a different direction from now on.

I had a gas leak at my house. I called Hull due to their great reviews.
My tech Jacob showed up when they told me he would. Quickly setup my home and gas meter for a pressure test. I had a small leak in my hot water closet. He fixed the issue. The city was able to see that they had a leak on their end as well.
My tech was professional and knowledgeable. I will be using this company for future needs.

Hull plumbing is the best plumbing service I have ever used. Response time is always fast. Their people are professional and friendly. I have never been over charged and pricing very reasonable.

I would NOT use Hull Plumbing - they charged me $800 to replace a toilet!! They charged me for the guy waiting for an hour at Lowe's to pick up the toilet I had purchased. When I called to complain, the guy on the phone was snarky with me and said ""what was he supposed to do, wait in the truck?"" NEVER again. There was no sense of fairness.

Yesterday, I needed to call them yet again, this time for the home I live in built in 1928...once again extremely pleased with the office staff Becky
and the service tech Jacob for fitting me in the same day plus solving the problem at a great price.

This is the second time I have called on Hull to fix an issue at my elderly mother's home, and they never disappoint! They are the most responsive plumbing company I have ever seen, and they go above and beyond. Alex was so sweet to my mother, even cleaning up her bathroom floor where the toilet backed up! What a gift he is and demonstrated what a caring individual he is by helping my 94 year old mother like that! Thank you, Hull Plumbing!

I had issue with water leaking whenever the toilet on second floor was flushed. I called this company to come and find the root cause of the issue since I do not know anything about plumbing. They came and start cut holes on my ceiling only to find out that the toilet on the second floor was not seated properly and caused the leak .I wished I had called different company because their experienced plumbers probably have more knowledge and skills to recognize this issue at first hand or at least investigate more thoroughly prior to deciding leave holes on my ceiling for me to repair. I was very disappointed.

The service was good. We used them before to fix our toilet and change out a busted pipe from a ice storm. We recently called the company out again believing that it was the same service charge. The provider charged a much higher service charge, providing the explanation of ""this is what I charge."" So now, after paying a higher service fee, I now know that it depends on who from the company comes to your home, so I will be weary to call again. This should be information given upfront.
