Today I had an appointment with this business For the purpose of installing a new washer and Dryer. I bought them a few months ago. And I wasn't sure if they are. electric or gas. I said, I will check my records. My brother was here, and he. decided to call Thayer. These two things literally took a couple minutes. By the time my brother and I were done, we looked. into the foyer. And the two men, Brad owner. Plus, one other,. who came were both gone Without saying a word. When I called the office to complain, the woman the woman who answered the phone gave me some ridiculous nonsense. I said I would be posting reviews online. And she said go ahead; We've been in business for 30 years. I certainly won't be doing business with them. I suggest anyone else doesn't either.

These guys replaced a kitchen sink for me. They left nuts on the plastic pipes loose. It leaked. They did a sloppy job with the silicon seal around the edge, leaving fingerprints and smears across the metal. They did a terrible job with the sealer between the base of the sink and the strainer. It was irregular and oozed into the sink AND it did a crappy job of sealing, resulting in a leak in less than a year.
Either my expectations were too high or they could be a lot better.

They need better communication and following through. There really is not a lot of feedback from the customer and a simple example of just going down to purchase new replacement for a faucet purchasing a high-end one as opposed to Consulting with a homeowner to keep the cost down. The other example saying that they would be there to replace a part in the furnace and then screwed up on the part and we were at a loss for heat for several days and no communication from them despite trying to get in touch with the office. Having dealt with him for many years we are so disappointed when he mention to just call somebody else because they failed to deliver.

I called a few days ago to have a plumber come to my home to give me a free estimate of what needed to be done. Brad Hull was supposed to show up at 8am this morning but he never did. I waited all morning for him to show up but yet he never came. I called the office at 8h10 and then at 8h30am to check if he was lost and couldn' t find the house or if he was still coming but he never tried to call me from where he was ?? . I left 2 msgs on the voice mail but noone called me back to appologize and to keep me up to date. I called back later today and talked very briefly with Brad Hull who never appologized for not showing up at my home and handed the phone to a woman working there and she said to me that she was busy and will call me back within 5 mn. she never did which I find extremely unpolite and disrespectful. I'm no longer going to try to reach this cie (Brad Hull is the owner of the cie). I wasted enough of my time today with those rude people. My advice : stay away from it !!

I've used Hull for five years for my regular boiler and plumbing needs. They remember the house and its systems, know what to look for in my, erm, ""historic"" home, and repair exactly what's needed. I think they are knowledgable, fair, and their workmanship is excellent. I am sticking with them.

They showed up and dodnt do anything I asked left trash on my floor and never turned the water back on in addition to blaming me for a faulty shower valve thqy was 20 yeara old. They are terroble to work with and i suggest appolo! Please dont end up in the horrible situation that I dis, call o great plumber

I'm a property manager in Ithaca. We have used Hull to replace two boilers and on a couple of more complicated plumbing items. Very knowledgable and they stand by their work. They did non-routine maintenance on our boilers after the standard warranty ended.

I just let the Hull Heating and Plumbing plumber out the door and I have to say he's the best plumber I ever had. Went right to the problem and fixed it in 3 minutes, literally. It was like that with the heating F09 code and the plumbing upstairs. He gave me a solid quote and said I'd need a carpenter to prepare the space. Which was no surprise. But I now have an idea for the remodel and 4 fixit yourself problems I will be able to solve myself next time.

They don't return calls, and don't pick up their phone. I tried to reach someone for several days, and left a messages with their answering service and never got calls back!

I had an terrible experience today with them. I had a leak in my house. I made an appointment with them for 8:00am today. They did show up even now at 11:00am. I kept calling them, and the receptionist did not know what was going on with the mechanics. This is my first experience with them. I could have given them 0 star if I could.
