Hugo re-piped part of my home's plumbing. He did not tell me he did not connect the old pipes to the new one. Now I do not have water to water my back or front yard. That's 3 spigots. He will come to fix it for a fee. I had no problem before. He gave a price to re-pipe the rest of the house for a ridiculous price. I will be hiring this man to finish the job, I' m not a bank.

I had a PVC pipe burst about 12 in under ground, The water had moved all the dirt away from the broken pipe area so no digging was necessary..When the plumber arrived I showed him the broken Pipe and also let him know that I had all the needed parts for the repair. He Then asked me if the water was shut off, and seeing that there was no water coming out of the pipe I said of course. He then asked if the water to the entire house was off , and I said yes I had to shut it off at the meter. That's when he said it will be $175.00. I said for a 20 minute job? He responded ""you know it's late"" (It was about 5:00 P.M.) and I guess he thought because my water was shut off I would have a hard time finding another plumber. I told him i would do it myself.

I called Hugos Plumbing because I had a leak below my kitchen slab. Hugo came out and did an inspection and quoted me for the job. He explained the entire process in detail and even worked with my budget. He did exactly what he told me, and I am satisfied with his work. He also does construction, which was a big PLUS because other plumbers would simply do a rough patch on the floor they jack-hammered and you would be responsible to hire someone else to come in and re-tile that patch. Luckily, Hugo's company also does construction and did all the work. I would highly recommend his services.

Hugo has been our office of 150 people's plumber for over 15 years and you can not find someone more reliable or pleasant. He is really good at what he does and willing to go the extra mile for anyone. He is as kind hearted as he is talented at ridding any plumbing problems!
