I had a kitchen faucet that had rusted out under the countertop. John and Leland did a great job of removing the old faucet and installing a new faucet.

We hired them to clear the sludge from the a/c drain pipe. We requested that they use the snake to get all of it (we can see the sludge with our camera). They acted like we were crazy and told us that hot water would take care of it. We paid them, but the sludge is still there. When we called to let them know, they told us they would call back. They never did. The people who came out were very unprofessional and would not even address our concerns. Very unprofessional. Did not get what we paid for!

The parts store does not open by the posted time. Maybe you can call ahead to make sure someone is there, but we sat outside a locked door and listened to our phone call ring.

There is no substitute for experience, and these guys prove it. There is not much they haven't seen and fixed. Even more importantly, they try the least invasive and least expensive approach first. The quote I received from another company that advertises a lot on TV was downright depressing and I was going to be left with extensive costly repairs to sheetrock, brick, and a tile floor after the plumbing was fixed. Even worse, I had no confidence that they really knew how to fix it properly. I was referred to Hugo Plumbing for a second opinion and life immediately improved. The whole job cost a fourth of the first quote and I am certain it was done properly. They are honest, accurate, fair experts. They will always be the first call I make for any plumbing needs, and I highly recommend that you call them first, too.

This company hands down is the fairest and quite possibly the most rewarding company I've ever dealt with. On one of the most humbling days of my life they added a small ray of hope. I've used them multiple times over the years and they have always been fair priced, hard working, and left with the job done to perfection. I am simply in awe of their service.
