Our well pump died early this morning. I contacted Hugo Plumbing around 10:30am and even though one guy was off and the other was on a different job they made a special effort to come by because they didn't want to leave us hanging over the weekend without water. They were very polite and professional. Total charge was $1,900, which is reasonable based on what I've read/heard from others. I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to anyone who is seeking help.

After not even getting call backs from two other plumbers, I was referred to Hugo Plumbing by a friend and contractor. I got a call back and same day service from Tom and his team after hours because he knew we were in a bind. They fixed two toilets even though they were originally only stopping by to fix one and did not charge me extra even though they squeezed us in after hours when they should have been home already. I will definitely use Hugo Plumbing again and refer them to friends and family as well.

We had Hugo Plumbing out two times to fix an in floor heating issue. The second time was to finish the repair from the first time. However in between service calls the system failed. Long sorry they send out two ""plumbers"" and charge for two plumbers full price even if one is just acting as a helper. They overcharged me by a half hour = $75.00. When questioned I was told they get paid for travel time between jobs. We will never have them back.
