As a fellow plumber I had a family member with a major plumbing problem. On Saturday night at eight o'clock. . In Chatsworth.... So I called brandon from hughes plumbing.... And he told me he would be out there with thin a 1/2 hour.... He went out there and figured out the problem with no hesitation. He knows what hes doing. And he went over and beyond with his service... Plus he did not charge my family member a arm in a leg to come out at night.... Very fair and very trustworthy I would use him once again if I ever had the problem... I would recommend his service to anybody.....

My experience using Hughes Plumbing was A+ end-to-end. I reached out to Brandon when I was having a plumbing emergency. there was water gushing out of my ceiling due to a broken dishwasher. Every step along the way Brandon was considerate and tried to make sure I didn't spend any money that I didn't need to. He immediately got on a FaceTime call with me and tried to remedy the problem without coming out to save me the service fee.

When he came out to inspect the damage he was on time and efficient. He immediately found the issues and recommended bect steps. He even gave me tips on how to mitigate the water damage for myself to avoid spending thousands of dollars on a mitigation service.

Working with Brandon was a pleasure and I'd gladly recommend him!

I called various plumbing contractors for a leak repair of water supply line about two feet underground. This was my first contact with Hughes. Brandon asked me to send photos of the pipe system and provided an initial estimate which I considered reasonable compared to others I contacted. I scheduled service with Brandon who promptly notified me when on his way to our home. After starting the project, he realized the work was more extensive than what he anticipated but he did not attempt to adjust his estimate. He followed through on his commitment on scope of work and cost of repair. This was not only professional but an honorable person who did what he said he was there to do despite the challenge that ensued. Overall quality of his work, professionalism and responsiveness level was exceptional which has earned my loyalty moving forward.

Had a water heater issue with the pilot light. I called late in the day and talked with Brandon and setup a 9 am meeting. He showed up early and as we all know, that doesn't happen with plumbers. He looked at the situation and went about lighting the pilot light in about 2 minutes. Turns out that in my attempts I was a little quick in releasing the gas control knob. Brandon was professional in not laughing at me and did not charge for his time. Thanks Brandon but you got away before I could tip you so I owe you!
