Brandon came out to shorten our gas line that stuck out too far from the wall so we couldn't close the laundry room door for the new dryer! He showed up exactly on time, was super friendly, cleaned up after himself, and was here less than 30 minutes total. The dryer fits perfectly now and the door closes again!
Also got a quote for a bigger plumbing project while he was here. Will definitely use him again, it is really nice to have a local plumber who does great work

Great service! Brandon found the best and most economical solutions for our issues. He responded quickly to our call, looked carefully at our sink, faucet and shower issues and found good solutions. Had water start coming up from underneath the floor in my bathroom. Had one plumber come out and tell me he was pretty sure that it was from my tub leaking and that he'd have to cut into my slab with a jackhammer to fix it. He said it would be around $3500.

I called Brandon as a second opinion and this dude came out on a Sunday, looked at the problem and pretty quickly figured out that I had a leaky pipe inside my wall (so, nothing to do with the tub.) The problem got fixed, Brandon was super cool about everything and I didn't have to pay anywhere near $3500 to get it cleared up. Would use this plumber again.

As a fellow plumber I had a family member with a major plumbing problem. On Saturday night at eight o'clock. . In Chatsworth.... So I called brandon from hughes plumbing.... And he told me he would be out there with thin a 1/2 hour.... He went out there and figured out the problem with no hesitation. He knows what hes doing. And he went over and beyond with his service... Plus he did not charge my family member a arm in a leg to come out at night.... My experience using Hughes Plumbing was A+ end-to-end. I reached out to Brandon when I was having a plumbing emergency. there was water gushing out of my ceiling due to a broken dishwasher. Every step along the way Brandon was considerate and tried to make sure I didn't spend any money that I didn't need to. He immediately got on a FaceTime call with me and tried to remedy the problem without coming out to save me the service fee.

When he came out to inspect the damage he was on time and efficient. He immediately found the issues and recommended bect steps. He even gave me tips on how to mitigate the water damage for myself to avoid spending thousands of dollars on a mitigation service.

Working with Brandon was a pleasure and I'd gladly recommend him!
