We own two rentals in the West Valley and recently discovered that our independent plumber was bought out by a large conglomerate noted for overcharging and up-selling their projects. Man, did we make a great call! Sure enough, as luck would have it, one of our tenants had a two plugged toilet emergency in a two bathroom house on Sunday night during the Memorial Day weekend. They called Brandon who returned their call and arrived within the hour. The drain was cleared and a leaking toilet seal was replaced quickly and professionally. Brandon kept us informed and reported to us when the project was completed. He even sent photos of his findings for the discussion we need to have with the tenants (but that's a whole 'nother story). We are grateful to have found a ""plumber-for-life"" that we can rely on for fast, honest and fair-priced service.

I highly recommend Hughes Plumbing!! If there were 10 stars to check, I'd check them all. I had a hot water pipe burst in my ceiling on a Saturday night, and within 20 minutes Brandon was there. He was able to identify the problem, went out and got what he needed to make sure no further damage was done to my home. Because of his expertise and quality of work, he prevented my entire ceiling from falling in on my bedroom. He also cleaned up and calmed me down. HE IS THE BEST! Thank you Brandon.

Brandon is very polite and professional. His effort is way and beyond i expected. We had leak from our bath tub faucet and had our home warranty sent a plumber, unfortunately we didnt like the plumber they sent to us because their only solution was to open the tub and vanity cabinet. I found Brandon on yelp and was quick to respond. Came in the next day and really took his time to figure out a solution. Scheduled another appointment few days after and was so thankful that he was able to fix it without making any hole in our tub or vanity. He found the right part for our old faucet that the other plumber said it's impossible to get part for it. & our home warranty was able to reimbursed me for getting Brandon's service. thank you so much Brandon!

We came home on a Friday night to a flooded bathroom and Brandon answered our call and promptly came out to help us. He was great! Honest, trustworthy, diligent and fair. He fixed our pipe quickly and we had him come back the following week to change out some galvanized pipes and install a new pressure regulator. He takes pride in his work and respects his customers. We had a leak that was threatening to ruin a wall in our house and flood the garage so I put out a request for quote on Yelp. The result was easily the best plumber experience in 30 years - no joke, call these guys up they will bend over backwards to make things right for you, on very short notice.

Brandon, the owner, answered my Yelp request for quote in about 10 minutes and had his plumber (also named Brandon) at our house in Santa Clarita in about 60 minutes. Brandon arrived promptly, was incredibly courteous and polite and worked hard to figure out the issue. After making a couple of test holes in the garage wall in exactly the right places (checking with me both times before he did), we found there were no pipes in the wall leaking at all. Brandon deduced that our high pressure was causing our water heater to vent at random times,and due to a bad solder joint water was running along the pipe and accumluating behind the wall - he ran a quick vent test and was 100% correct. It was not an easy problem to solve! Brandon then ran all over town finding the right parts and stayed until 8 on a Friday night to make sure the pressure regulator, the water shut off (which was also broken) were fixed, and he replaced the vent valve on the water heater to be safe at no charge.

And they charged 2/3 of what home warranty plumber was going to charge us out of pocket, even after he collected from the warranty people!

These guys are young, eager and building a business for their families - give them a try!
