This company was higher education to replace the tub ans surround in my bathroom. A resin window trim kit was used to replace the wood trim on the window. They cracked the part during installation and attempted to fix it by filling it with calk, then with a resin. When I asked about replacing the part( which had a warenty) I was Told no and the attempted to fix it a third time.they finally agreed to replace it have ordered the part twice and revived the wrong part bothe times( not bothering to check the part ahead of time either time) it has been six weeks and I still have a cracked part in the bathroom.
