James M.I had a tree root take out a water line so I called them. A few hours later they called and said they were on the way. When they got here they didn't have a pump with them to remove the water and they didn't have a saw to remove the roots. They did turn the water off then left and sent me a bill for 116.63. So I would advise you not to use this company
