Overpriced, poor workmanship, and dishonest...

I had a leaking main shutoff valve replaced a while back by these guys, and while they were on site I asked about frost free hose bibs being installed since I was new to Washington and I'd heard about people pipes freezing up and causing huge leaks.

The guy they sent out took one look at the one on the house, told me that the one I had wasn't one of the frost free units and offered to replace it as he had a few in the truck, so I figured why not.

The unit installed longer than the original which left is protruding from the house so they just slapped on a couple of ugly spacers behind it and smeared a bit of caulking on it... not only that, but another plumber I had come out to quote a different job took one look at the work done and the old hose bib(which I saved) and was nice enough to let me know that I had been scammed as the old unit was already the frost free type.

I chose Hudy because they had good reviews, and to be fair they did an OK job on the main shutoff valve replacement, but the overall experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I'll likely never do business with them again.

Hudy plumbing provided superior, highly professional service from the first phone call to job completion. They took the time to thoroughly answer my many questions, pre-hire, unlike others I called. Our home, with multiple remodels, is never easy or predictable when we get into projects - and this one was no exception. It was not the simple water heater replacement that the other contractors tried to tell me it was. Hudy had the knowledge and resources so that they did the job right and didn't miss a beat. It was on-time and per the estimate.
Isaac Hudy is skilled at this trade, has the integrity to do the job right, and is clearly an enthusiastic part of his family business. I could not have a higher recommendation, and know exactly who I will call in the future.

Whoa!! I tried to get a quote from these people and was told I would be charged $62.50 for the quote. What the heck?! They did tell me it would be deducted from the installation costs, if I decided to go with them.

We found Hudy plumbing via neighbor recommendations and they've done several jobs for us since. We needed to replace three 21-year-old toilets and also to run a gas line out to the back patio. Both jobs were done well, on time and the staff are really professional and pleasant to deal with.

I was also really amazed when I called them to diagnose a suspected problem in the downstairs bathroom, when they clearly established it wasn't a plumbing problem, they didn't charge for the visit.

They are a pleasure to deal with.

So honest and friendly! I had a leaky toilet and called Hudy to fix it. When the plumber assessed the problem he determined it was a very simple fix. Rather than charge me a huge fee to do it himself, he explained how I can do it in 5 mins with a $2.00 part from Home Depot. I just completed the repair and saved myself $160. Thank you for your honesty, Hudy; you will be my go-to plumbers going forward!

Kudos to Hudy Plumbing and Isaac Hudy. Had a pipe clog under the slab from the kitchen to the drain field. I made a gallant but somewhat futile effort to clear it myself wasting a day and a half that I should have been working on stripping wallpaper, painting and laying tile in the livingroom (getting it ready for new furniture). Decided to stay local and called a local plumber. Isaac was professional, reasonably priced and a Seahawk fan to boot. Will be my first call should I ever need a plumber again. Hudy does great work at a fair price. They show up on time, are very personable and easy to talk to. I appreciate having a local company with good people who I can rely on to take care of my plumbing needs.

I emailed Hudy plumbing about installing a whole house water filter that I had purchased online. Hudy responded that same day, and asked to come out at 10am the following day to insepct the site and give an accurate quote. They showed up on time and gave me a solid quote that was competitive with the other quotes I had received.

They came out a few days later and installed the filter which works flawlessly with no leaks. One of the best parts about the installation was that they took some sub-standard valves and fittings that came with the filter and advised me to upgrade these to allow the system to function better and be easier to change filters. I am glad we did.

Love, love, love Hudy Plumbing! What a team Isaac and Ralph (although I wish Zach was still a part of the team again as well). I think they are in Monroe now, not Redmond anymore.

Have used Hudy, from the recommendation of our neighbors, for over 10 years now. They are hard working and experts in the field. It takes some time to get an appointment with them, sometimes up to two or three weeks, since they are so busy, but it's well worth the wait to have someone you trust.

Isaac and Ralph did the re-piping of my old 1959 home. It needed it pretty bad. They did a great job and I'm thankful for all their hard work.

Not reliable at all. Scheduled an appointment to have my hot water heater hooked up the day after I had an electrician rewire it. Called the day before to confirm appointment, received no call back, and the plumber was a no show on the day the work was supposed to be performed. Again, not even a call to explain why, so I called them and asked: response was' you are not in our appointment book'. Said they could come in 3 weeks to reconnect hot water heater. No thanks, called someone else; they came same day and got the work done.

Mistakes can be made, but the fact that they would not even return my calls is rude and unprofessional. Avoid these people.
