Horrible company that provides horrible service! Andy never stepped foot in my house but still tried charging me the $100 service call fee because he was ""en route."" Took him three weeks from the time I placed the initial service call request before he finally said he was coming to my house. He doesn't give you a set time and date of your service call. He just says ""I'll call you if I'm in your neighborhood."" ABSOLUTELY UNSATISFACTORY!! Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! Doesn't even deserve 1 star!!
