Do you want sloppy? Do you want excuses? Do you want to pay $2800 for a water heater and have the job done half-@ss? Call Hudson Plumbing! They took out the old water heater and installed the new one PARTIALLY on the old wood pad. It hangs off on one side. They also attached new copper pipe to 35 year old PVC pipe when I requested the attach it to the copper pipe that the old PVC ran to -which would have been EASIER, LESS TIME CONSUMING, REQUIRED LESS COPPER and the same distance going the other direction. I also requested they delete an old valve and excess piping to a second water heater-did they? No, of course not. Called and got the excuse express from 'name redacted'. We are calling a new plumber to fix Hudsons mess. I wish this would let me post photos of the sloppy, crappy workmanship so you could see how lame they are.
DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY.

We recently have had trouble with our pipes and after hearing about Hudson, we called them. I'm sad to say that I was let down tremendously. Chad was our plumber and he was very disrespectful and sloppy. I would not recommend Hudson, or Chad specifically.

We had a clogged drain. Hudson came into our home multiple times and never resolved the issue. They claimed they would need to drill into the foundation to remove clog. Never tried using auger or any other methods. A different company that was recommended by family member came and had issue fixed in 20 min with auger. We tried to use/support a local company, but I regret trusting this company.

Had a water hose that wouldn't come off the outside bib and I felt like I was going to break it if I put anymore pressure than I already was. I looked online for plumbers and seen Hudson's had 5 star reviews so I gave them a call. An hour and a half later Bill Scott showed up and was super friendly and had my issue fixed and then also ran new water lines to my mud sink while he was here! Will definitely keep them on speed dial!

Hudson is a very good plumbing company .They are upfront with cost and I really like the friendly technician they send out . I have used them twice in the last month for different projects in my home. Elliott, at the office is always friendly via email or phone.

Needed to repair shower after grandson decided to use the showerhead cord as a swing and ripped it out of the wall.
Requested an appointment online around 9:00pm, received a call the next morning around 7:30 and the job was complete before noon!
Fast response, efficient service, and reasonable cost- couldn't be happier! Zach was fantastic, explained everything, and left us feeling confident in our choice of plumbing service.

Zach Flory, with Hudson Plumbing, replaced the wax ring and reset the toilet on one of our toilets, due to a sewer type odor. Zach was very personable and helpful Did the job promptly and cleaned up after.

Call them up to get a quote on new water heater and some other work done the was here the next morning quoted me for a 40 gallon replace was able to in stall a few days later morning of they called to say they wasn't able to find the 40 gallon but got us a 50 gallon for the same price was very pleased with all of the process from the call in for the quote to the install what a great company and installers thank you !
