We have been customers of Hudson Plumbing for over 14 years. They have supported us in all things Heating & Air Conditioning in our own home and in addition at one time 5 rentals. This family owned business demonstates professionalism, techical skills and most importantly a genuine caring for their customers. We will only do business with Hudson. We can't reccommend enough.

Blake and Jeff were great to work with, they were both very professional, kind and punctual. They both took the time to explain the problem and the solution- although I don't know much about plumbing I can tell they definitely are experienced.

Hired Horrible Hudson to completely install a new bathroom for 14k.
I had my shower installed recently (Jan 2023) and was NOT happy with it. I personally could have completed the job myself and had same or better results. For starters, the plumbers DIDN'T BRING their own SUPPLIES and started RUMAGING THROUGH and using my builders' supplies which was for the job they were working on; without even asking nonetheless. For the cost of the installation, they should have had their own.
As for the shower itself, one panel was altered poorly (unsure why cut at all as wasn't in the instructions). It was very UNEVEN and had a GOUGE several inches long on the flat surface. To make matters worse, it is the panel that a person showering would face which makes it incredibly noticeable. Another panel was quite a bit higher than the others leaving the whole shower uneven looking. Moreover, the entire caulking job was horribly LUMPY! A wet finger would have smoothed it. Come to find out they didn't follow the manufacturer's instructions at all when installing nor adhesive placement/drying. The plumbers even joked about being ""glad that I wasn't a 'Karen'"" before the shower install began, but this is truly subpar work! (SEE PICS! ZOOM IN! fyi the wood was just supports.)
When reached out to the OWNER, Blake Hudson, not only did he LAUGH when I brought up the issue about the supplies, he didn't offer to fix the issue of the dreadful installation. He did offer me a $500 discount to have someone else fix it and would deduct the cost of a replacement shower from what I owed. It would cost me more than $500 to hire the shower walls plus adhesive to be removed and new installment. Furthermore, he neglected the INCONVENIENCE of me having to take the time to purchase another shower and take time off work to have it installed and inspected.
After the shower installation, the plumbers also LEFT the work site without even letting me know they were done. Looked up to them driving off.
Previous issues that let slide-
-The sewer pipe for the toilet was installed (see pic) SLANTED when should be perfectly straight.
-Also, they left the yard where they had to dig a long trench with huge hills and valleys and a large HOLE in one area. When brought it up to the office, the lady informed they were ""probably planning"" be back after allowing it to settle after a rain. I knew there would be landscaping for me to fix, but this is ridiculous. I knew they were not going to smooth out the yard because the gate/fence had already been remounted. No biggie, I can fix on my own with a few free weekends. Would have been easier with their backhoe. But as I said, I let it slide and looked forward to the shower install. Boy, was I wrong!

When I dropped off my final payment to them, the lady at their office admitted that the installation was absolutely horrid and was not proud to have their name associated with that work.

If I could give more stars I would!

Recently our house flooded and we needed someone to come out and replumb the entire house. Hudson was quick to get out and give us an estimate (which was free by the way) when other companies were wanting to charge $75-$150. When your entire house is flooded especially at Christmas time, the last thing you want to worry about is spending more money on top of everything else just for an estimate. Other plumbers came out and never called us back and Hudson had an estimate in 24hrs. Their price was so amazing that I was seriously shocked (I was thinking we would have to sell a kidney) that we also got our hot water tank replaced at the same time to just be done with all our worries. I just can't say enough about all the guys and how wonderful and quick they were at getting us taken care of. Seriously, trust me when I say just go to them.

Great service. We have a newly built home . Hudson did all our plumbing. We installed a whole house filtration system and at 6 months the system had a hiccups . The guys have been diligent in calling the Customer Support helpline in Nevada to figure out solutions. The problems are at no fault of the plumbing installation but more the product. We truly appreciate their attitude of we can figure this out instead of not our product not our problem!

Don't use this company!

I had $2000 worth of work done at my house one day. I told the employees that I would pay the bill after having an investment check forwarded to my house and that this would take a few days. They were fine with that. They did their work, and presented me with the invoice. The invoice noted that payment was due in 10 days. I requested my investment check the same day that they finished, a Wednesday. The check arrived on Saturday morning and I deposited it in my checking account the same morning. The usual 3-day hold was applied to the check, starting on a Monday and making the funds available on a Wednesday.

On that Wednesday, the 7th day day after they finished the job, owner shows up at my house. Conversation proceeds like this: (me) ""Hi, what's going on?"" (owner) ""I came here about my money."" ""Where's my money?"" (said in an aggressive tone of voice). I proceeded to tell him that I was waiting for a check to clear its 3-day hold and that I would pay the bill once that was done. He told me that his employees left my house last Wednesday and that ""checks don't take that long to clear."" I proceeded to tell him about requesting an investment check--his employees should have relayed that information to him--and that I deposited it on Saturday so that, yes, checks do take that long to clear. I then reminded him that on the invoice, it indicated that we had 10 days to pay the bill. He told me that his invoices always have a 7-day payment date. Interesting, since the invoice I have says 10-days payment due. It appears that the owner was either lying and trying
to intimidate me or doesn't know what is going on in his company.

Another interesting fact is that IF the invoice truly indicated a 7-day payment date (which it did not), then he was showing up at my house on the 7th day...too early for the bill to be late. Technically, I still had time to pay the bill (which I had intended to do on that Wednesday all along because I knew my check was had cleared that day). I resented his demeanor and being treated as a deadbeat.

Bottom line: this guy is an a**hole. Don't give him any business. There are plenty of plumbers in Tulsa. Give your business to one that knows how to treat their customers with respect.

My basement was flooded after a heavy rain. They sent Jeff and Thomas out. As soon as they arrived, I told Jeff that several years ago I had a flooded basement and the plumber put a camera down and told me I had a break in the pipe. I told him the layout of the pipes and all that I knew of the plumbing history. He spent 3 1/2 hours snaking the drain only to tell me it couldn't be unclogged. I had checked in with him every hour on the progress and expressed concern about the bill since I'm a single mom and teacher and was very concerned about my budget. After paying $450 for nothing, he told me a jetter could unclog it but they don't have because, according to him, his boss doesn't want to maintain one. When asked why he didn't tell me that an hour into this project, he told me I should've told Jennifer on the phone that it was an old problem and this wouldn't have happened. But I told Jeff, the actual plumber, everything before he ever even got to the basement to start working. As an added plus, Thomas threw a metal sculpture I have in my yard into the swampy basement to support their pipe and only bothered to retrieve it because I noticed it was missing from its pedestal. They also moved my landscape rock border and didn't bother fixing it. WORST plumbing experience of my life.

These guys are the best. We went though 3 or 4 total crooks before we found them. They are VERY good. We have 8 zones in our home, so this review is equivalent to 8 reviews , in my opinion......lol
