I highly caution against using this company. The guy who came to switch out my garbage disposal forgot to reconnect a hose and I had water all over my kitchen, dining room, and even the entryway of my house. As if it weren't enough that I already had to pay for his initial service, now I have this to deal with.

I'm not sure how they still have a business with the office woman's lack of customer service. I would give less than one star if I had the option.

I had a tankless water heater installed, which works great. However, they did not tell me that I would need a roofer to properly finish the job until it was already installed. Now we have water damage in the attic and ceiling. They take no responsibility. I would have waited until I scheduled a roofing company to fix the water heater if I had known before.

Dean the plumber was professional. However, the woman in the office was rude every time I called. Zero customer service on her part. Google reviews state similar opinions of her.

Simply Outstanding service for all your residential plumbing needs. I had them clear a drain and they were fast efficient and priced right. They work the Tulsa area so don't let the Bristow address fool you.Their plumbers name that came to my home was Jason. Ask for him! Refreshing to find this company that actually takes pride in their work!

Had John Hodgins come out to give a second opinion after the home warranty company sent them in.

Even thought they didn't end up doing the work.

I do a lot of DIY work and have a lot of respect for the trades.

Won't go into technical detail about all the back and fourth but let me just say that both Dean and the owner were professional, understanding easy to work with and if e ever have any other plumbing issue I'll be sure to contact them first.

We have had John Hudgins Plumbing service our home for the last 5 years. Their tech Dean has honestly been amazing and we have been very happy, until recently. We called for a plumbing stoppage on our mainline. Dean came out, ran a snake with a camera down there only to discover two issues that needed to be fixed. One of the two issues was that a previous tech from their company (not Dean) who came and did a clean out of our mainline, got his cable stuck in our main drain line. The tech at the time told us he got it stuck and said he would work to get it out. Well we trusted he got it out. Come to find out a year and a half later, he in fact, did not get it out, and did not tell us. So in order to fix the two issues that needed to be addressed (one being getting THEIR cable out), they quoted us $4000 and said we would need to basically dig up our whole backyard. Today I simply called the office and asked if they would be willing to cover part of the cost of this large project since their tech created one of the two issues which was getting their cable stuck in our line (which is blocking everything up). I did not expect them to cover the entire cost, but I did expect someone with some empathy and someone who would recognize that they created part of the issue we are having. I had hoped they would offer us some type of price break, even if it was a few hundred dollars. But all I got was ""it's your faulty pipe that got our cable stuck in the first place, so we won't be able to help you with covering any of the cost."" Honestly I couldn't believe how rude and snarky the office lady was, and she was communicating with the owner at the time. I would have expected some type of customer service that acknowledges the issue and works to resolve it with a reasonable and honest step. Clearly they are just in this for the money and do not take accountability for part of the problem they created. Good luck if you ever have to deal with them.

John Hudgins Plumbing was supposed to find and repair leak that I noticed on 5/8/23.

After 4 visits they supposedly found/fixed the leak and said we would see residual water, but seemed like there was still a lot of water.

After ripping up all the cabinets and flooring we confirmed active water was still coming in.

They never found or fixed the leak.

They refuse to admit at the very least they overlooked the true cause/issue just so they don't have to refund me my $1900 or $2000 (w/tip that my husband stupidly have them).

I highly doubt there was an issue in the slab which is why they didn't take pictures, but regardless they never stopped the leaking water.

Do not use this company or let your home warranty pick them.

This company is a SCAM! They deserve zero stars. They did some warranty work under AHS for us and left a huge, 3"" hole around my shower. They replaced the faucet and valve, so the shower head should have never been touched. They claim my tiles 'crumbled on their own' when there is a clear, sharp square cut out in the tiles. I will attach a photo for reference.
The 'manager' is very rude and lies for her technicians. She says her technicians never touched those tiles. She also told me to secure the shower, they can come back out and cut the hole bigger (after saying they never cut it to begin with, which proves they are lying) I STRONGLY advise against using this company and watch out for them with local AHS claims.

I NEVER leave reviews. Never. This time I am.

Rude. Unprofessional. Wouldn't have back in my home.

Dean showed up with his chest puffed up and not overtly rude but had a negative attitude. He asked me about my issues and I told them (we did have several) a plumber had already been out through our home warranty and fixed one of the issues, but not all and actually created more. I wasn't upset about this just had to have another come out bc we couldn't get the first plumber to answer their phone or respond to Home Warranty company. Again, I'm not even leaving them a bad review. Dean may have been upset bc I didn't know if we had septic or city but I quickly called my husband and got the answer, septic. Then he got all huffy bc the line was under our deck, which I can't help. He was even rude to his helper who was with him and snapped at him. He finished and did fix all the problems except one bc we didn't and still don't know where the main water line inside our house was. My husband was on his way home and it's like when I told him that he was rushing out, my husband was 5 min out and called since I told him they were leaving. Dean was in his truck when I had the phone on speaker and while my husband was just making sure all issues were addressed, his attitude became hostile, telling my husband ""she didn't tell me that"" which is NOT TRUE, I told him that I did give him that information. Dean then jumped out and started aggressively walking back into my house leaving me there beside his truck with phone in my hand completely just walking away from me and my husband talking to him. I am a woman at home alone with children in my house, um No sir. I told him he had made me feel very uncomfortable and to just leave. I had to tell him this several times before he actually did. He immediately started backpedaling and apologizing stating he ""was trying to help."" He knew he had stepped in it and I was no longer having his attitude. Honestly I had already felt like I was walking on eggshells the entire time he was there. Based off some of the other reviews I'm not expecting much from his superior or company in general, just letting you know how I was treated. By the time my husband had called to report the incident to the receptionist Dean had already called and told her ""I was walking back inside."" Well sir, I never want you back in my home, you don't treat people like that. Thanks.

Is there a way to give a negative 1 star review because dealing with this company was the absolute worst . They have no respect for your time because the guy showed up for our morning appointment mid afternoon with no apology. Next, they leave jobs incomplete. My husband had to fix the problem the following weekend that Dean supposedly ""fixed"" during our service call. Dean was rude and rushed through the job all while cursing loud enough for me and my children to hear. He was very condescending when I tried reiterating what he was explaining to be the cause and seemed extremely irritated to be there. I will never do business with this company again nor will I reccomend them.

Do not use this company. They will not return phone calls. They do sub standard work. They also lied about no credit cards only cash.
