Alan T.I have used this company twice, once about 4 years ago when I had a plumbing leak in the slab. John helped me avoid major construction repair which would have involved jack hammering the floor to find the leak and then repairing it and putting our house back together. He suggested running PEX tubing inside of the copper thus eliminating the leak with minimal/acceptable loss in the volume of water. At the same time he also replaced our aging water heater. Most recently I had a small leak at the end of the PEX and Josh came out and fixed it . He explained things thoroughly to make assure I understood what he was doing and that I was comfortable with the repair. I believe this company to be honest and they are sincerely interested in making sure you are completely satisfied with their work. As Josh said he tries to treat everyone's repair like he is doing it for his grandmother. Thanks!?
