Huber won the contract when we did a total rehab of a 150-year-old house. During installation, they scratched new cabinets and the floor. They put a workman's lein on our house before the invoice was issued to our GC. Since the job was complete, we called them 4-5 times and never had service arrive. To date, we've spent $%,000 on HVAC repairs. The unit was installed three years ago. Mitsubishi had to send the regional technical supervisor out because the installation was ""off the books,"" and very difficult to repair. We've already had to replace a mixing box, electric service, and motherboards plus other remediation. Of, yes, some of the plumbing Huber installed was done incorrectly.

they came out on a hot day at the end of the day and fit me in diagnose the problem and fixed it on site. You couldn't ask for more. I recommend this company highly!

I'm always surprised when a company like Huber can be as responsive as I've always found them to be. Unlike other reviewers, I have never had a problem getting a hold of anyone. They've serviced both my home and business HVAC systems, and I've always found them to be wonderful. That's why I continue to use them again and again. The first time I used them, they fixed my air conditioner at my commercial event space (twice0, another time was for my home, and most recently, they replaced the boiler in my home when the one I had installed by another contractor failed. I called them on a Tuesday, and by Thursday afternoon my boiler had been replaced. I think that's pretty darn good--especially during a time when the pandemic has made staffing and supply chain issues such a problem. I'm certain that other people may have had experiences that have led them to leave a lower rating, but I have to wonder if it's because of anything Huber has done or if it's because they have unrealistic expectations, aren't used to today's prices or things that don't have anything to do with this company. All I know is that I have now had four very good experiences for very different HVAC issues, and they've always done right by me.

I contacted Huber Enterprises numerous times over a period of a month looking to do business with them. They take down my information but no one ever calls me back. I mentioned it to the receptionist the last time I called, still never heard from them. Imagine if you had a real emergency and couldn't get a hold of them? Poor communication is a red flag, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

One of the air conditioning units in my commercial space stopped working. I've seen Huber's trucks in the area, so on whim I gave them a call. They responded quickly and had everything fixed in under an hour. I know not everything is so easily repaired, but it was nice that it was in this instance. I now need a repair in my home and am going to try them again!

My main sewer pipe plugged at the worst possible time. The service men were kind, courteous and quick to fix the problem, didn't waste time playing with cell phones and gabbing to pad the bill. Couldn't be more pleased with the service!

The workman spent most of his time heat-gunning my old parts apart rather than putting in new. They replaced a drain and hooked up 2 faucets and a refrigerator icemaker and I had two leaks. They refused to come back and even look at the mess. I reported it to the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB and got a little money back, but my brand new cabinet was damaged from the leaks. I paid another plumber $100 to put in all new parts and haven't had a problem.

This family-run business is wonderful. We first dealt with them when we switched our furnace from oil to gas. They proved to be reliable, efficient and trustworthy. Since my house is 210-years-old there were a few issues getting it up and running, as we knew there would be. They came back as needed to ensure everything ran perfectly. They were friendly and prompt every-time. Recently we had an issue with our shower. It sprung a leak into the stairwell and den. I called the office and they had two plumbers there literally in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Huber for anyone looking for a plumber.
