Absolutely god awful, terrible experience. My rental agency (Progress) insists on using this company and they are the least compassionate, unprofessional service I've encountered in a long time. Friday our heat stops working, turns out our unit was intended for climates that don't fall below 50 degrees and our home was in the low 50s. Hubbs came around noon on Friday and immediately refused to do any work as they needed to ""order parts"" and would be back on ""Monday"". This particular weekend's high was 35 degrees and google turned up 18 search results for stores that sell these kinds of parts. Hubbs did not care, they callously refused to do any work on Friday regardless of the fact we had 3 children under 12 and 2 small animals living in a home that couldn't get above 50 degrees all weekend with the use of space heaters. They did arrive on Monday and have allegedly fixed the heat with a part smaller than my fist in under an hour. All in all Hubbs has proven to be a lazy, unmotivated and uncaring company not worth anyone's time or money. Avoid at all cost

My property manager reached out to this company to fix our HVAC. They came and replaced the furnace. They also redid some of the duct work and as a result were able to get heat flowing downstairs. However, the heat is not functioning upstairs so it feels like I'm outside. Today, I called the company and Karen picked up (of course). And when I explained to her my situation she was very rude, undermining my issues and responding with a terrible attitude and not being pleasant. I told her I would like to speak to her manager. She told me no. I called back and a guy named Chad picked up (even worse than Karen). I explained to him I wanted to speak to his manager about Karens rude behavior. He immediately defended Karen not knowing anything that happened on the phone call. He than said, I was threatening and he will hangup on me and talk to my property manager. That said, i believe the quality work of the company is up to par. However, I believe the management and the customer service is horrible. And as a result I would steer clear from this company at all costs! I'll also be speaking with my property manager to inquire with a different vendor.

I want to change my rating for this company from a 5 to a 2. They have been coming to our house since last November almost every month. We had a warranty and they had to fight with the warranty company multiple times. They were nice and helpful every time. Then we ordered this very expensive Bryant system from them. I have had to call three times since it was installed on June 2nd. My first bill was $580.00 and my 2nd bill was $312.00. This was with the new expensive system. I called when I noticed a problem and they said it was a dirty filter after 2 weeks. We had been doing drywall. I then changed the filter 4 times in six weeks. I got this first extremely high bill and called again. They could not come out for several days. When they came out, they said the system was overcharged from the factory and they were fixing the problem. Their new system was higher than any other quote we had gotten but they had been nice the whole time and had been a good company to work with all of these months. My newest bill was $312.00. That is extremely high still but by the time they came out to fix the problem we were well within another month. My husband is a retired vet with dementia and I had to retire to take care of them. I called them to say how unhappy I was and they said I was told that the system might need to be tweaked. I was not told my bill could go that high. They said they had already done a lot of things free when working with the warranty company. They would not have to do free things if the problems had been fixed, to begin with. They were nice to me and my husband but they really hurt us financially. I am very disappointed.

I wouldn't advise that anyone do business with this company as they will take your money and then try to get you to pay for unneeded services! I didn't choose to do business with this company; but rather, Choice Home Warranty chose for me. I had a verbal altercation with their technician the day of the service call and subsequently asked that this company not be used; however, both the company and the same technician was sent. The technician made false claims stating the unit needed to be replaced and that a part that wasn't missing was missing and that there was damage from dog urine where there had never been a dog; nor access for a stray dog to cause damage! That fabrication is what prompted me to contact another company, who came out and replaced the needed part that was actually broken and now the A/C unit is working!!!! What's unfortunate is that this may be a really good company with a shady technician. However, thus far they have ignored my request to have my money returned to me, so they are supporting the behavior of their technician. In the meantime, I've reported both Hubbs Heating & Air and Choice Home Warranty to an organization that fights for consumers. We will see what transpires. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys did a great job with my central air issue. Chad installed a new unit and did a great job. He was very professional and informative. He explained what he was doing during the installation. He was quick with the install and within thirty minutes the house was at a much more tolerable temperature. He also did a great job of cleaning up and not leaving a mess. I would highly recommend them for any heating/cooling issues.

We had an issue with a water tank in a home we own in Blacklick, OH and the home warranty service sent a different contractor out to fix it. They thought they had it working, but the next day the water was cold again. Cold showers are NO FUN!! The contractor said they couldn't get back out until the following week! Several calls later (to them and the home warranty service), Hubbs Heating & Air came out. The service tech was great! He said Hubbs is a small family-owned business that prides themselves on fixing the problem on the first visit. Thank you Hubbs!
