Waste of money. Tried to unclog the drain, said that my cesspool was full. Pumped cesspool. Didnt fix the problem and when I called to say I was still have the problem the guy was nasty over the phone and didnt come back.

Had a bathroom redone and new pipe replace. The guy never returned my call for over a week. Give me an estimated and I ended up getting a bill double the amount. - I have phone log and time stamp of all the time we attempted to call him and him calling back. After the job done. he kept on calling us , threatening us to pay the bill. We told him that we would pay him monthly and and demande full payment and told us things would ""get bad for us"" if we didn't pay one time. Thru all this there was no payment contract made by him. He is slicker and calls you when he wants. when he ants. , , rude and overcharges. Total ripeoff My real estate said the same about him. She said he was rude, doesn't return phone calls. Excellent service!

I had a leak in the line to my baseboard heat. I called and left a message after hours, got a return call the next morning.

The team showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day with minimal disruption and limited demolition.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Hubbard Plumbing, and am grateful to Mike and his assistant Matt for their excellent work.

We have been using Hubbard for years and they never disappoint. We recently called them during an extremely cold spell for a heating issue. They were responsive, courteous, professional, knowledgeable,very clean and did perfect work. They diagnosed the problem and recommended a fix very quickly. They followed up after they were finished to check that all was OK.

Very bad experience, I DO NOT recommend Hubbard Plumbing. 2 reasons: cost & customer service. I had no heat, so I called Hubbard, who's been servicing my house for 15 years. The heat is fixed but $300 worth of parts and 2 hours of labor cost me $900.00. Since it cost such an outrageous amount of money, I called Steve Jr to question the bill, and he didn't call back until I left 3 messages. He left an unsatisfactory explanation and in turn sent out another bill which did NOT further clarify my question, I asked him to call me on every call so we could discuss it. It took 3 more calls to get him to call me back. Short story, he stands by his bill & his outrageous labor cost. I've noticed the last 2 times prior to this last service call, that prices were MUCH higher than they used to be, and it wasn't just cost of living type increases, it's more of a gauging of the customer. Since I no longer TRUST them, I will no longer use them & will certainly let my friends know that they should look elsewhere unless they want an equally bad experience.

I was referred by a friend who swore they were reliable. Installed a hot water heater at a reasonable price. Called during the winter because my heater wasn't working. He claimed he fixed it gave me a bill. When I got home it still wasn't working. He came back a few days later and fixed it again but this time it worked. Billed me for both visits. We negotiated down and settled on a reasonable price. Now the water heater is leaking and they refuse to come and service it. Not very personable and not too trustworthy.

Call early and leave a message .. they always call back. I have know about this company for decades when I used to work in their neighborhood. The praises seemed surreal. One day I needed help and I called. They came on time, gave me an estimate, fixed my problem and I was happy. The most recent visit I had no hot water and I know its summer but come one... cold shower Yikes! They came the next day and remedied the problem. Thanks Bob and his assistant. Prices are competitive and work is done well.

I was referred through the electrician and they were as professional as he said. They accommodated me although I was at a distance, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, respected my home, remedied the heating issue and followed up in a speedy manner. I believe this is a family business where honesty and your word mean a lot. A must try!
