Itd had been a tough morning without cold water in my shower and I wasnt sure what the deal was and my super was being SUPER unresponsive. (per usual) So I took matters in my own hands. (well, Hub Plumbing's hands)

I called up Hub Plumbing NYC, who's contact was given to me from a personal reference and they were professional and great!

Robert came over to my apartment. Was polite, nice and swiftly sorted out the problem and even wore shoe covers!

If you have a New York plumbing issue. They are the ones to call. A+

Our office has a really bad plumbing problem, had some spillage in one of our rooms that emitted to the rest of the office. IT WAS PRETTY BAD AND WE HAD TO TAKE CARE OF IT ASAP! John went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. He came within 15 minutes of us calling him.

He explained all the possible reasons why we were having the problem in the first place, explained exactly what he was going to do and how to prevent it from happening again. What other plumbers would do that for you? Most of them just look and fix; won't even tell you why you have a problem or how they're going to fix it.

If you need a plumber then John's your Man!

I had such a wonderful experience with Hub Plumbing. Just calling them is a pleasure and will brighten your day. The best experience ever. They are extremely accommodating with scheduling, as well. I have had problems with my toilet for 7 years, and they fixed it within an hour. John and Monsanto (I think his name is Angelo? Monsanto is his last name?) are awesome. I will never go anywhere else for any plumbing or similar needs.

Did a good job in fixing a very slow bath-tub drain, and even cleaned up afterwards. The plumber was courteous and professional, and showed up (almost) on time. Not cheap, but worth it.

Our toilet has been out of commission for two weeks (this is a long time, as we work in a fashion showroom and with guests coming and going we need a working toilet!), and being as skeptic as possible about plumbers that could possibly give me a run for my money (since i know absolutely nothing about plumbing) I did my research and looked at different quotes and opinions. Out of the many - I can automatically sense that John and his apprentice were good people. While others charged me up the WALL for a simple fix, John gave me a good rate and a GUARANTEED fix, knowing I was uncomfortable of the longevity of the fix for our particular toilet.

The toilet works great, and his apprentice also gave us tips on how to extend the longevity of our toilet. He called to follow up and verify my happiness, and here I am giving HUB five stars!!!!!

Very professional and friendly. Priced very reasonably unlike the rude competitors. MASTER PLUMBER came to help me with my bathroom repair. Its a very pleasant sight to see the actual owner of the company out on the field helping me with my repairs. He pointed out more things that I should get fixed without being pushy about it. I felt comfortable enough to let him repair anything that was needed and I was very thankful that he repaired it on the spot instead of taking the lazy rout and never mentioning it like most plumbers do. These guys really know their stuff. A+++
