I called this company because they are the ones that installed by TK-3 on demand hot water heater a few years ago. My hot water heater quit working so I called them and they sent a person over here as far as I could tell this person did not know what the hell they were doing. He kind of poked around and stuff and he did find an error code about a igniter rod. They brought one on a second trip that was supposed to be a replacement igniter it was not the right igniter they installed it and still got the error code, I did not notice but in the process they damaged the wire harness on the old igniter, so they taped it with electric tape and reinstalled it. I should've noticed even though I do not know about internal function of the on demand hot water heater, but when you put electric tape around the wire that goes into a igniter position and you're dealing with high temperature with the electric tape against metal, the tape they put on melted and created a short after they had left the house. So consequently the hot water heater quit working again immediately. I called a second company that came in and they also did not appear to know what the hell they were doing they read the error code and It said again igniter and that's because the taped up melted and arced out causing the igniter to fake. The sierra vista plumbing company which was Sierra plumbing put in a different igniter wire and rod, it was the wrong one it was too short so the module on the wiring system was not long enough for them to screw the ground and screw into the bracket so they just left the unit hanging again the system sound of the errar code this time it was a 111 error code which could be any number of things one of which was a gas valve they could not figure out what was wrong with it so they called in a third person which I presume was a manager or any way he was a senior person and after a lot of dick and around he said well my gas valve was not showing enough voltage and I needed a new gas valve. They told me to order it myself because they could not get it from the company anymore as the manufacture quit making a gas valve and They cannot back it up with warranty. On his advice I went online and I saw the gas valve and manifold for $225. Since I did not feel comfortable That Sierra plumbing could do the job, I called a different plumber to come and install the supposed install for the gas valve, the plumber called was Buena Creed master plumbing. This was the first person that came that showed any signs of knowledge of the system, he also ensure that he called tech-support which was really online to take care of this issue, I should point out that the other plumber should've called tech-support also. In the conversation he had with tech-support they walked him through a few checks and balances and determined to try other remedies before installing at $225 part. It turned out to the second plumber Sierra plumbing did install the igniter rods and module but as I said they did not ground it with a ground is true. My third and only knowledgeable plumber from Buena plumbing was able to find a place to run a tap bolt in and ground the igniter rod system. Grounding the igniter rod module was exactly what was wrong with the system after it was grounded it worked fine. I should point out that Huachuca plumbing should've known this because they installed the system, and Sierra plumbing, if they would've been worth their salt they would've known it also. I highly recommend Buena plumbing in Sierra Vista I do not recommend Huachuca plumbing or Sierra plumbing.

I can't believe they charged me $657.00 to repair a pipe leak. The parts only cost $47. It took less than 2 hours. That means they charged over $300 per hour for labor. It was not after hours, on a weekend, or a holiday.

I Haven't used this company because I live in Benson, which they serve, but a $129.00 trip charge is outrageous. Especially for senior citizens. Most all company charge $40-50.00. Don't know why so much. Guess I'll fix the problem myself

My old, calcified water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. I called Hauchuca Plumbing at 8:30 a.m. A crew was onsite with a new water heater by 10:15 a.m. and installed a new water heater.
The office staff was highly responsive. The crew was professional and careful. The owner, Jerry, came by to inspect. And relieve me of some cash.
I recommend this company. I live in Bisbee and they do have a $99 surcharge to travel from Sierra Vista to Bisbee. That was okay with me -- cheaper than replacing water saturated wallboard, which is where this was headed. None of the Bisbee companies could respond as quickly.

Great service. Courteous and efficient. Prompt repairs which improved our lives immensely. Huachuca Plumbing had done work for us on a bathroom remodel and installation of water heaters. We put off calling for other repairs but when our garbage disposal broke, Jerry was there the next business day with his workers to repair. Then they fixed our recirculation pump and serviced the water heaters and now life is great. They are responsive, and so very helpful. If you need plumbing work done, call them!

Experienced and know what they are doing. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs plumbing service. You can't go wrong with them.

This company is quick to charge for items not needed or are ineffective in the repair of the plumbing issue.
I reported to them that the toilet would fill up and the water would remain in the bowl.
They augured the main sewer line which did not fix the problem (the toilet continued to fill up and the water would remain in the bowl).
They then replaced the toilet which fixed the problem. However,, they charged me $99 for auguring the ""clogged"" line.
My recommendation is to watch their billing carefully - they initially charged me almost $1200 for this toilet but when I complained they quickly lowered the charges to $590.
