Overpriced, overrated, unreliable piece of junk manufactured by a company that provides no support other than to take more money from its customers. Total waste of money and what a horrible experience dealing with Heat Transfer Products (HTP). My Phoenix Solar 80 Gal was leaking because these idiots used ABS plastic for the fitting instead of PVC. It was still under warranty but they said the warranty starts from the DATE OF MANUFACTURE instead of DATE OF INSTALLATION. What a joke, what if car warranties worked that way, we'd all lose a whole year right off the lot.

It turns out there's a PVC fix kit they SELL for this problem they created that cost me $250 plus $250 to have it installed. This company is THE WORST. Please listen to me I've tried calling them, my plumber has tried reasoning with them and they take no responsibility for anything and continue to brag about this 7 year warranty which is a total lie.
