We own a duplex in the Silverlake area that had a serious sewage blockage that was overflowing into the street. When I called HSQ I spoke to Ray. He responded to the unit within 2 hours and immediately set out to diagnose the problem. Within 2 days they had the blockage cleared and the break in the line fixed. Without question this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Ray was professional, knowledgeable and gave us a very fair price for the work that was involved. The quick response by HSQ saved us from having to relocate all of the tenants at an additional expense. I would recommend this company without hesitation for all of your plumbing needs. They are truly a five star plus company.

The plumbers arrived on time and installed two hose bibs as I requested. Additionally, they changed a kitchen faucet which I did not ask for initially, but they were very accommodating. Great service and quick. Quality is excellent. When I asked for quotes from other plumbing companies, HSQ beat them by a substantial amount of money.

Omg don't call anyone else for plumbing! Ray is incredible, honestly and caring. We had a major clog from the house to the street and he is here at 9 pm to fix our problem. Ray and his whole crew are awesome! I first used them a few years ago when I had a slab leak and they re-piped my whole house. They were great. Had a sink installed for my tattoo shop. They showed up right on time and were able to figure out the best set up so the sink would look great. They were very efficient and did a great job. The heater I had didn't get hot enough to pass my health inspection so Rays team installed a new one for me to make sure I would pass. They were easy to get a hold of and made communication easy. Awesome customer service. Amazing work. Best plumber in Southern California. They installed 5 new toilets in a bar for me. Fixed two flanges and all the faucets.
